The new decade of technology in 5.0. now is frontally change, disrupt the way people perceive, engage, and consumer branding. Technology in healthcare has also led to another significant shift in society, the need and or willingness of people to share and behavior respond to hospital brand. Study to investigate the implication of different social media in areas of gender, economic profile, ages, education and IT skill of the customers from the hospital. Analysis and result from the data collection will be based on test of the social media effect in hospital marketing mix services. The study expects that social media will improve marketing services analysis of the relationship between internet use and decision to select hospital will be shown that patients who select the hospital. This result analyzes the relationship between service, price, and decision to select hospital indicating then it can be concluded that there is a relationship between service price and decision to select a hospital.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128378278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although the under-five mortality in Indonesia has declined, some provinces show a high mortality rate such as West Sulawesi. Hence, efforts to decrease the rate is still needed by identifying the main determinant of under-five mortality. The main objective of this study is to determine the main factors that affect under-five mortality in West Sulawesi using Intercensal Population Survey 2015. In this study, the impact of mother’s education, age of first delivery, previous birth interval, birth type, the gender of the underfive child, and paramedics help during labor were investigated using the Cox Proportional Hazard Regression. All variables impacted mostly to the survival rate of under-five children. Female under-five children had a lower hazard (risk) of death compared to the males. Twin had a three times higher hazard of death as compared to single born children. In addition, higher mother’s education tends to have a lower hazard.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122574439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Workers have a huge potential to experience the risk of cardiovascular disease because several factors in the work environment can affect health. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of dyslipidemia in workers at PT X. This research method uses a cross-sectional study. The population of this study is the workers who served on Ship A, amounting to 45 people. The statistical test used is the Chi-Square test. Based on the results of the study found that, there is no relationship of LDL (p-value = 1,000), triglycerides (p-value = 0.135), BMI (p-value = 1,000), smoking status (p-value = 0.704), hypertension status (p-value = 0.699) with the incidence of dyslipidemia and there is a relationship between HDL (p-value = 0.006), obese (p-value = 0,025) and cholesterol (p-value = 0.001) with the incidence of dyslipidemia. Based on the preliminary survey, it was found that the waiting time for outpatient services exceeded the standard (> 60 minutes) at RSGM. This study aims to determine the comparison of waiting time-based on the level of patient satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with an observational survey and a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was 11,668 patients and the sample size was 100 patients. Data collection using questionnaires, with data analysis using one-way Anova test. Anova one way test results obtained that there is a significant difference in waiting time with the level of patient satisfaction, based on p-value 0,000 <0.05, a significant difference in waiting time occurs between groups of respondents dissatisfied with groups of respondents who are satisfied and very satisfied. Therefore the Hospital should provide comfortable and adequate facilities in the patient waiting room to avoid the patient feeling saturated. The medical staff (doctors and nurses) have the commitment and time discipline to provide services in accordance with a predetermined schedule.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126806991","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Mitragyna speciosa (Koth.) Havil is an endemic plant of East Kalimantan which traditionally used for the treatment of various diseases. On the other hand, this plant has an addictive effect. The study aims to determine the impact of using natural deep eutectic solvent-based microwave-assisted extraction (NADES-MAE) on total polyphenol content (TPC) extraction from M. speciosa . Natural deep eutectic solvent (NADES) made by malting two combination types include citric acid-glucose; choline chloride-sorbitol; malic acid-glucose; and lactic acid-sucrose. The extraction process was carried out using microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), and the determination of TPC was analyzed using Folin-Ciocalteau’s reagent and measured with a spectrophotometer type including 246.70 mg GAE/g sample (citric acid-glucose), 227.33 mg GAE/g sample (malic acid-glucose), 222.26 mg GAE/g sample (lactic acid-sucrose), and 219.02 mg GAE/g sample (choline chloride-sorbitol).
