Many hospital communicators in this study (specialist doctors or co-assistants) who provide information about the time to take medication using the word 3 times a day, so that there are often differences in perceptions received by patients that affect adherence to taking medication. The use of fine granularity (every 8 hours) is once thought to be more precise than coarse granularity (3 times a day). Objective: Analyze fundamentally (exploratory research) the effect of granularity on patient compliance with medication moderated by communicators. Method: The study was conducted by collecting quantitative data with a questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents. This data is analyzed using two ways ANOVA. Results: Information about the time to take medicine delivered by expert communicators using fine granularity every 8 hours once more increases the patient's need to take medication. The contribution of this study is so that specialists at the Hospital can use the word every 8 hours for the time to take medication to further improve the health of the Indonesian people.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131307034","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the results data in 2015-2019, patient visits to the emergency department tend to increase by around 42% per year. The limited number of beds and medical personnel causes a decrease in productivity and mobility when conducting health services. Therefore, forecasting for patient visit is needed to minimize these problems. This study aims to predict patient visits at the Emergency Department in RSUD Kembangan using Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Exponential Smoothing. Secondary data obtained from April 2015 to June 2019 retrieved from RSUD Kembangan. The results showed that the ARIMA model (1,1,2) was chosen as the best model with MSE 22600.3 and MAPE 10.6 while Exponential Smoothing from Brown showed MSE 26900.6 and MAPE 11.8. ARIMA (1,1,2) has the smallest error size parameter so that a suitable model is applied in forecasting the number of emergency patient visits at RSUD Kembangan in the future.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133044268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study carried out qualitative and quantitative mixed methods with cross-sectional designs. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews and secondary data collection. The study was conducted in February-December 2017. The research sites in 11 provinces were selected purposively and divided into five regions were in accordance with the Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs) System. The results of the study show that the costs of purchasing drugs are sourced from the APBN and APBD, as well as capitation in several regions. For medicine, there is generally no problem with the cost of drug distribution. The problem of additional distribution costs occurs for the supply of medical devices. The anticipation of drug vacancies due to a shortage of APBN and DAK funds can be overcome by optimizing JKN capitation funds by imitating existing funding models. The supply of e-catalog drugs needed to be continuously evaluated by taking into account the certainty of the prices and availability of goods.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115601417","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
