This method of prescription had been implemented in X hospital; however, a previous study found that the frequencies of usage were low. From March to April 2019, this mixed-method study conducted an explanatory sequential method design in X hospital to identify the proportion of physicians used electronic prescription and its contributing factors Quantitative data was used to design questions for an in-depth interview with informants of X hospital. The result showed that only 23% of X hospital physicians used electronic prescriptions, while 58,3% of them used manual prescription and some electronic prescriptions. Physicians who did not use electronic prescriptions at all were counted to be 18,7%. Physicians who did not use electronic prescription would have the potential to cause medical errors and reduction of hospital revenue. It has been found that the system and supporting factors might be not adequate to follow up on the electronic prescription despite its sufficient human resource factors and work environment.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126117211","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An infertile woman is considered as someone with an abnormality because it is related to her nature to conceive and give birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support with resilience in women experiencing infertility. The research method uses a quantitative non-experimental. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The samples are 100 women who experienced infertility. The social support measure uses a theory Uchino with reliability 0.952, and resilience uses a theory of Grotberg with reliability 0.947. The results showed there was a positive and significant effect between social support and resilience (Y = 39,4 +0,995 X, Sig 0,00 and r 0,855). The dimensions of social support that have an influence on resilience are the emotional dimension, the instrumental dimension, and the friendship dimension, where the emotional dimension has the greatest relationship with resilience (r=0,815). The main problem is that nursing activities at the hospital have not been used as a basis for awarding appreciation points. Even though, in daily lives, nurses are constantly on the patient's side to perform nursing care. The study's purpose was to evaluate nurse satisfaction in implementing activities based on the N-ABC Mira system. Methods: The study was conducted at RSDK Semarang, using a quasi-experimental design, repeated measurements before implementation; trial 1; 2 and 3. This study randomly sampled 226, 199, 161 and 92 practical nurses with a minimum work period of 1 year, also through nursing documentation on 10 most frequent diseases in July-December 2018, taken incidentally. Data was collected and analyzed using RM GLM, t-Test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation. Results: It showed significant differences between before and after the N-ABC Mira system to nurse satisfaction with nursing activities (6,657, p=0,0001); decision making (2,999, p=0,0001) and award points (6,585, p=0,0001), which were influenced by nurse aspects, management, and technical support. Conclusions: The differences between before and after the implementation of the N-ABC Mira system can increase nurse and patient satisfaction, so N-ABC Mira is recommended at the hospital.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117011066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aims to studying the implementation of hospital outpatient referral system in order to recommend various improvements. This research used Qualitative-Quantitative approaches (Mixed Method) with primary and secondary data. Five informants were included in this research, 114 participants for Quantitative study, and observed some relevant documents. The results of the Qualitative research revealed that vertical referrals to hospital had been implemented according to policy, but back referral system is still not running optimal. From survey study showed that 91.2% participant had approved in referral services, but 94.7% had incomplete contents of referral letter. It’s suggested to arrange cooperation and coordination between insurance operator (BPJS), healthcare provider (Hospital Management, Specialist) and members (patients) to optimize referral system. It is expected that the results of this research could give the insight for the Hospital and related institutions in improving various aspects related to the optimized of referral system.","PeriodicalId":179648,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Health","volume":"48 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133209367","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
