They represent an important learning value to promote knowledge creation and translation for in-class, blended, and online learning. Effective creation and sharing of videos are enriched when instructors consider several principles: how to promote digital literacy in the class environment; how to maximize student engagement in making and sharing videos; how a video can make a tangible difference in the education landscape, and how to utilize this process to promote value creation in education? This article reviews literature relevant to each of these principles and presents a case of making educational videos in the context of value creation in teaching ethical professional practice in engineering and computing. What do IoT devices mean to us in everyday life? The awareness of citizens of the Republic of Croatia will be discussed in this article on issues related to knowledge of IoT devices and their capabilities. For this paper, a survey has been conducted among the population between the ages of 19 and older on issues of familiarity with IoT devices, and an analysis of the responses was made. This paper shows how knowledgeable the citizens of the Republic of Croatia are about IoT devices, their capabilities, their security, and the possibility of omissions, data leaks, and violations of the GDPR, i.e., omissions with the sharing of their personal data. Considering that the global pandemic in the last two and a half years has stimulated computerization and the sudden expansion and ever-faster spread of IoT devices, the familiarity of EU citizens and knowledge about their capabilities has been called into question. There is also a viable need for educating and familiarizing the citizens of the Republic of Croatia with the capabilities of IoT devices and their advantages and disadvantages. The purpose of the FieldWork 4 RES system is to provide application support for the activities of planning and realization of projects ranging from the construction of infrastructure projects to property maintenance projects. During this process, part of the activity relates to the collection and recording of project documentation, depending on the type of project and legal regulations. This paper deals with the module design for obtaining project documentation. It is based on the communication between FieldWork 4 RES, Camunda, and OfficePoint. Those predictions are based on data measured the day before; weather predictions such as ambient temperature, wind, precipitation along with some general information such as day of the week, whether it is weekend or not, are there any preannounced events within the distribution area etc. There’s been a rapidly growing trend in demand for micro photovoltaic systems in single user installation for the last few years, which implies that classic user profiles are becoming obsolete for more users, both new and existing ones. This research focuses on a single example representing a consumer with an integrated micro photovoltaic system. In order to keep electrical energy management up to date with latest developments, it is essential to create a user profile for consumers with micro photovoltaic systems. This paper focuses on a classic user profile combined with estimated energy production prediction for a micro photovoltaic system, which results in a new profile of a user with a micro photovoltaic system. Measured data will express current user energy consumption as a consumer, compared to the same user energy consumption/production when the consumer is upgraded with a photovoltaic system. To accomplish such goals, a software organization needs a quality and mature software process as a prerequisite for success. Adopting Software Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) represents a well-known path in the pursuit of mature software processes. However, its implementation is a subject of a permanent effort that implies different approaches and methods, and often leads to unsuccessful or limited success, though. This is especially emphasized in small software companies given the dynamic environment influenced by different factors, including insufficient resources, changes in technology, and staff turnover. In this paper, a case study of a small software company implementing software process improvement is presented. In a tailored approach to process improvement, a specific method using the balanced scorecard as input into the IDEAL model has been designed, enabling a narrow link between business goals and specific improvement goals. Synchronization of synthesized waveform is achieved by the use of reference tacho signal picked up by the magnetic or optical sensor. Waveform adaptation is performed in accordance with the residual noise signal after noise cancellation. Such approach for active noise control works well when a spectrum of offending noise is not changing much. However, during initial machine spool up, varying load and final spool down significant adaptability from waveform synthesizer is required to counteract changes in machine noise. In this paper, methods for improving convergence and tracking properties of waveform generator are presented and analyzed. An adaptive coefficient of waveform generator is modified in accordance to elapsed time during startup, varying frequency of the reference tacho signal and residual noise level. Complex band structure is computed for these devices and the energy-dependent tunneling attenuation inside the bandgap is obtained. We investigate the tunneling component of the OFF-state leakage for sub-20 nm long and sub-3 nm wide MoS2NR FETs, using the under-the-barrier (UTB) and top-of-the-barrier (ToB) ballistic models. We report that using the parabolically-approximated attenuation overestimates the OFF-state leakage significantly. The issue of cheating in online assessment in the educational context had already been given significant attention owing to school closures (lockdown periods) during the COVID-19 pandemic and the consequent transition from on-site to online teaching and assessment. In our paper we present statistical data on cheating in online courses and academic dishonesty in general, as well as an overview of motives for and methods of cheating reported in the literature, with a focus on the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Recommendations are also provided regarding the use of specific techniques and tools to prevent cheating in online exams. Since plagiarism is an important problem in academic assessment the potential misuses of CAI in higher education are also briefly analyzed. The impact of MoS2NR width scaling on the bandstructure, transmission, bandgap, injection velocity, charge density and ON-state current are analyzed in detail using the ballistic FET model. We find that sub-3 nm-wide and $sim$15 nm-long MoS2NR FETs offer low driving currents under 0.43 mA/$mu$m for nFETs and under 0.6 mA/$mu$m for pFETs. Project risk is identified within the project management framework’s criteria, and the project’s execution and important milestones, including risk occurrences during project execution, are recognized and discussed.
