Sobotka","doi":"10.5604/01.3001.0016.2699","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5604/01.3001.0016.2699","url":null,"abstract":"The paper presents the issue of the use of waste in theconstruction industry using the example of transportation conteners.It is at the heart of reverse logistics and the circular economy.The analysis and evaluation of the use of shipping containersfor the construction of buildings was made on the exampleof the authors design of a single-family house from shipping containersin comparison with a building with traditional technology.The results of Ecopoint index calculations, for both technologies,were presented, indicating the impact of material solutionson the environment. The evaluation of technologies was carriedout using multi-criteria analysis, and a SWOT matrix. Accordingto WT2021, container technology can be successfully applied. One of the important steps in achieving this goal is theproper preparation of these investments. An important elementis therefore a detailed analysis of contract documents and changesthat occur in the context of the amendment of basic legalacts, such as the amendment to the Construction Law Act andthe Regulation of the Minister of Development on the detailedscope and form of the construction project. Some of the elements of the woodenstructure have suffered biological corrosion, causing themto lose their strength values. The roof truss of the 16th centurychurch in Lubowo dates from the construction period of the building.Due to the historic value of the truss structure, the renovationwork refrains from interventions that would change itsform, shape and type. A mathematical model was developed for repetitiveconstruction processes, ensuring minimization of interruptionsin the crews work and reduction of the time of the entireproject.
