Risk analysis of the cost of the construction project in the aspect of changing theregulations governing the scope of project documentation

Abstract

In Poland, the dynamics of undertaken and plannedinvestments related to the implementation of underground sewerlines has significantly increased in recent years. Many of theseinvestments are implemented with the help of EU funding. Itis worth ensuring that these resources are used as efficiently aspossible. One of the important steps in achieving this goal is theproper preparation of these investments. An important elementis therefore a detailed analysis of contract documents and changesthat occur in the context of the amendment of basic legalacts, such as the amendment to the Construction Law Act andthe Regulation of the Minister of Development on the detailedscope and form of the construction project.
