Implementation of building contracts in the project management system case study. Part I

The article presents an example of the functioning ofa team of Project Managers at various levels of construction projectmanagement. A detailed procedure for the implementationof the project at the lowest level of the PM structure, in a companyspecialized in roofing works, in particular flat roofs with largesurfaces, was presented. The article contains the authors experiencesand observations from engineering activities in the conductof construction contracts as a Project Manager (PM).
