Comparative analysis of selected technologies for building residential buildingsin the social context

Abstract

The article undertakes a comparison of residential buildingsbuilt with the two most common technologies in Poland.The comparison was made in view of the social aspect, one of thethree main aspects of sustainable construction. For the comparison,the authors method of social assessment was used, which allowsto determine the social quality index and the values of partialassessments in the assessed categories and subcategories. Ithas been shown that such an assessment will allow the propertymanager to identify the most important and priority measuresleading to the improvement of the social quality of the facilitiesand, consequently, the satisfaction of residents
