Research methodology and methods. The object of the research is the process of implementing the guaranteed training technology developed by the author of the article based on the methodology of the teacher-scientist V.M. Monakhov. In this pedagogical technology, the information model of the educational process is built with the help of five parameters: goal setting, diagnostics, dosing of students' independent activity, logical structure, and correction. Research result. The hypothesis of the research on the effectiveness of the introduction of guaranteed training technology in the discipline \"Economic and mathematical methods and models\" is proved. The effectiveness of using technological maps and information maps of classes in the educational process is confirmed by the results of implementation. Discussion and conclusion. The analysis of the implementation of the guaranteed training technology in the course of economic and mathematical modeling in the educational process made it possible to find out that it effectively affects the students' acquisition of theoretical and practical educational material. The practical significance of the research is to use the material of the article in teaching the course \"Economic and mathematical methods and models\" in other universities. In the future, it is necessary to solve the problem of creating a complete, logically consistent classification of pedagogical technologies, so that teachers can freely navigate existing teaching technologies and apply them in practice.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124602752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The basis of their emergence is the “human knowledge communication computer technology” structure. Its elements folding into integrity make up digital formal and informal institutions in economics, politics, culture and social life. The digital information sphere arises as a unity of diverse digital institutions, it relies on its own type of activity and has as a subject a new type of personality e-Homo Sapiens. The characteristics, mechanisms of occurrence, and the features of the purpose of the institution and the sphere are substantiated and revealed in the course of the analysis undertaken within the framework of the neo-institutional approach to the development of society. The sequence of the emergence of these phenomena presented in the form of stages constitutes the trend of modern post-industrial development.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"87 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115046697","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Luhmann's institutionalization concept was chosen as a theoretical model and methodological basis for the study. Based on empirical data collected at the XIV-th City Interdepartmental Competition of the Patriotic Song \"I Love You, Russia!\" concerns were expressed that along with the relative ease of generalizing consensus, military patriotism, especially naturally consolidated around the Great Patriotic War, is a direct threat to the militarization of young people and the reduction of society's need for apperception of non-violent methods of resolving inter-ethnic and interpersonal conflicts. In turn, the meaningful and selective representation of the consolidated \"us\" / \"them\" system can lead to the self-reproducing substitution of the concept of \"love for the Motherland\" for \"defense of the Motherland,\" which despite its relative simplicity in generating a consensus around military patriotism for state bodies and programs cannot be called a positive trend.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129542605","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the present economic development stage, innovation clusters can be considered as one of the main elements of the innovation system since the strategic task of their functioning is to develop and produce innovations. The innovative potential is one of the elements of the country's competitiveness, the innovative development level of which is important in the functioning of the global economy. Based on this, it should be noted that innovation clusters are an effective tool for increasing the competitiveness level of the Russian Federation. The main indicator characterizing the importance of the functioning of innovative clusters for the development of an innovative environment are indicators of their production volume, the share of the volume of products made by innovative clusters in the total production of innovative goods and services. In this regard, in order to consider the role of innovative clusters in the development of an innovative environment, the work analyzed indicators such as the dynamics of the production volume of innovative clusters, the number of high-performance jobs in innovative clusters, the share of production of innovative clusters in the total volume of innovative products of other enterprises, and organizations.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133768167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article presents the results of a study of students' value orientations of a pedagogical college with different professional identity status. The data obtained based on the conducted correlation and frequency analysis allow concluding that there are substantial and structural differences in the value sphere of students of a pedagogical college due to professional identity development level. The study results indicate that the value sphere of students with achieved professional identity is characterized by an integral structure, where the leading values are associated with selfleadership, self-actualization, and self-development. Among students with a crisis of professional identity, the value sphere is characterized by partial instability and an active search position concerning resources, support and means of self-development. For students with an indefinite and imposed professional identity, the value sphere's state reflects an insufficient readiness for professional development. The factors of the system formation of value orientations are the conditions promoting professional self-determination, as indicated by the simplified structure of students' values with an immature and emerging professional identity.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"279 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132947800","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the literature concerning volunteering does not focus on the possibility to incorporate volunteering into the university curriculum. In contrast, this article's main goal was to study university students' attitude to \"equating\" profession-based volunteering for the internship. Following the goal, the authors had the following objectives: having studied the regulatory framework of volunteering, find if it was possible to combine volunteering with an internship as part of the education process and identify the potential of student volunteering. Authors described the regulatory documents governing volunteer activities, analysed the measures to support volunteering in Murmansk region, and identified the specifics of volunteer activity in an educational organisation (MASU) that law students can do in the framework of university departments or student unions. Based on the analysis of the survey results of 102 bachelor students of Murmansk Arctic State University (Murmansk, Russia), the authors concluded that profession-based volunteering is appealing to university students and helps them acquire professional competencies, which made it possible to count volunteering as internship training. Since internship can occur in an educational organisation or an organisation suitable to the competencies the student must develop, an internship in a volunteer organisation is technically possible since such an organisation is also subject to state certification. To assess student internship prospects in volunteer organisations, this option must be legally formalised for volunteering students. We suggest that including that amendment into legislation will help educational strengthen relations between non-governmental organisations and universities.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133100207","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The identified problems of e-education are grouped according to two characteristics: the first group of problems in e-education is related to the organization of the educational process and its results, the second group is related to the psycho-emotional sphere, the preservation of students' health and ensuring their comprehensive harmonious development in e-education. These pedagogical problems can be used in determining the directions of scientific researches to determine the patterns, methods, tools and technologies for organizing educational activities of students in the conditions of widespread use of modern information technologies in the educational process.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125883263","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of applied sociological research conducted among residents and activists of TPSG in Belgorod are used. The following issues are identified and characterized, the unresolved question of which hinds the functioning and development of territorial public self-government. First of all, the population does not have an effective desire to participate in the organization and implementation of TPSG. There are significant number of negative and indifferent people (who find it difficult to define their own position). Territorial public self-government turns out to be an unappreciated institution for the development of civil initiatives. TPSG authorities have hierarchical dependence on local self-government authorities, therefore, they are often afraid of the administration, the emergence of subordinate relations. The problem solving is possible on the basis of the development and implementation of a systemic development strategy of TPSG, which provides for a complex solution to financial, organizational, legislative and social issues.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"87 1-2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123487528","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Energy security is an essential element here. Attention is focused on the fact that the problem of energy security often remains uncertain, misunderstood or incomprehensible; countries remain almost blind hostages of threats with dangerous consequences. The growing dependence of the majority of developed industrial countries on oil and gas supplies and the growing demand for fuel from developing countries are shown. Using the example of the European Union, the article demonstrates energy dependence on energy supplies from supplying countries, emphasizes the interconnectedness of energy markets and routes, identifies vectors for the development of its energy policy, and outlines potential ways to solve the problems of energy dependence.
