Modern information can become a measure of measurement, boundaries, expanding and cutting consumption volumes, which determines qualitatively new formats of objects and subjects of this sphere. Reproduction processes in the economy today are based not on the rule of \"limited resources\", but on the new paradigm of \"information overabundance\", on which it is necessary to build effective consumer practices. This trend creates a demand for information technology, and they, in turn, transform the sphere of consumption. This article aims to develop the theory of consumption based on the systematization of modern trends in the transformation of the role and place of consumer processes at each stage of the evolutionary development of social relations, as well as to classify the main research approaches and identify signs of the consumption sphere to form an image of a new consumption model in the context of global informatization. This research is based on the interaction of the fundamental theory of consumption and the theory of the development of the information economy using subject-object, structural-functional, historical and logical research methods, as well as methods of abstraction, systematization and classification.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130826993","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The court is considered as a social institution that regulates the legal and social order. Its institutional features and stages of institutionalization of the modern Russian judicial system are highlighted. The methods of sociological analysis of dysfunctions of the Institute of the court are presented. The approaches to the definition of institutional trust are considered, and its types are highlighted. The article presents an analysis of public assessments of the judicial system, as well as ratings of international research organizations that characterize public opinion regarding the activities of the courts. The author suggests measures to strengthen the authority of the judicial system in the public consciousness of Russians. The question is raised about the need to conduct interdisciplinary research on trust in the judicial system, as well as to involve the professional community, educational institutions, the media, public and human rights associations in the discussion on this issue.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131036032","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Setting this goal involves solving the following problems: to consider the essence of such a psychological and social phenomenon as social ostracism; determine the individual factors of the emergence of ostracism in society; study the motives and reasons for the exclusion of an individual from a social group on the basis of financial security. The research material was the work of both Russian and foreign scientists; the research was carried out by analyzing their content. The study showed that poverty and social ostracism are two interconnected phenomena of modern society that can lead to dire consequences, especially given the socio-economic situation around the world caused by the wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of social exclusion and ostracism is regulated through social control and is supported by social and cultural patterns of behavior adopted in society. The authors argue that the state should take various measures to reduce the level of poverty in the country, which should lead to minimization of cases of social exclusion.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133023472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There is no single successful solution to these problems; however, in some areas, the world community has accumulated positive examples that, in our opinion, can be applied in other countries. It will focus on Russia and some other states' experience, where the historical experience of solving interethnic and interfaith problems with the help of culture has been accumulated. The paper highlights the problems of interaction between the labor market and universities, which actualise the need to eliminate the professional and qualification imbalance in the modern labor market. The necessity is substantiated and the results of applying a systematic approach to solving complex socio-economic problems of the labor market, based on the principles of applying the \"black box\" model, are presented. The article also proposes the author's interpretation of the term \"strategic partnership\" of labor market entities and outlines the essence of strategic partnership, which allows solving some problems of the labor market arising from the lack of interaction of its subjects.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"147 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122150152","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the Republic of Dagestan conditions, since 2014, a birth rate decreased in all age groups of women, due to which a 75% negative increase in the number of births compared to 2014. In the region, by 2019, compared to 2014, the number of women of reproductive age decreased by 8.4 thousand people, which ensured a decrease in the birth rate by 4.5%. Moreover, the number of the most active reproductive ages – 20-29 years decreases, thereby causing negative transformations in the reproductive categories population's age structure. The latter factor added another 20% negative increase in the dynamics of the birth rate. In the North Caucasus regions, the most significant negative impact on the birth rate over the past five years was exerted by reducing the age-related birth rates. This indicates a decline in the country's effectiveness of demographic policy measures and indicates the need to bring the implemented measures in line with the demographic and socio-economic situation.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131957655","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article's research object is social indicators that characterise the quality of life in a particular region of the Russian Federation – the Bryansk region. The authors of the article set themselves the task of analysing whether it is possible to assert that the quality of life in the Bryansk region has reached a level that can be described as \"new quality of life\", as well as the legality of using this concept – \"new quality of life\" in strategic planning documents at the state level. The authors come to the following conclusions: a) at this time, the concept of \"new quality of life\" has not yet been conceptualised, which indicates that it is undesirable to use it in the preparation of strategic planning documents; b) for the Bryansk region at this stage of development, indicators of a new quality of life have not yet been achieved, although the region has certain resources for such achievement.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130466951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the most important issues in the organization of telework is the control over the activities, results ant outputs. This study evaluates the methods of monitoring teleworker activities, including electronic monitoring and surveillance (EMS). Control methods are divided into «hard» and «soft» groups. Based on the analysis of the practice of the European court of human rights, it is concluded that secret surveillance, control of correspondence refers to excessive control and is a factor of social pollution of labor relations. The paper gives recommendations for the organization of telework control based on a balance of private and public interests. The degree of control must correspond to the protection of the legal rights and interests of the employer. The author suggests that methods of «hard control» with the development of organizational culture should be gradually replaced with «soft» ones, focusing on the KPI, peer and self-control system.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131202630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A neurophysiological study using a stationary IT tracker made it possible to obtain new objective data on the level of visual attention, interest, emotional involvement, and memorability of a communicative message containing symbols significant for the target audience. The results of the research have shown that at the conscious level, test persons do not feel differences in the assessment of communicative messages with the presence/absence of symbols significant for them. However, the study of unconscious neurophysiological reactions has indicated several meaningful distinctions in perceiving the stimulus material. Thus, the percentage of memorability of a communicative message (image together with text) with the availability of visual symbols is higher among recipients having an emotional response to them: for group N1 it is 63.33%, for group N2 — 46.43%. The study has also revealed the differences in an average duration of fixations on a picture-symbol at the 0.1 level of significance, which indicates the increase of visual attention and its influence on memorability.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125945594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study, as expected, showed that agricultural climatic conditions play a decisive role in the location and specialization of agricultural production, and also affect the distribution of agricultural labor resources. The using of the Cobb-Douglas production function showed that labor resources are a priority factor for agricultural production. To ensure the geopolitical security of the country, preserve rural areas and increase the number of agricultural labor resources at the state level, it is necessary to stimulate the development of agricultural production, taking into account the results of typification, and pay special attention to groups of regions with unfavorable agricultural climatic conditions.","PeriodicalId":169293,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference 'Current problems of social and labour relations' (ISPC-CPSLR 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128696181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
