The article compares the level of the Russian Federation's federal districts' main macroeconomic indicators in the context of three main groups that characterise investment product development and the standard of living of the population of the regions. For each of the macroeconomic groups of indicators, a rating of regions was derived, representing the level of interregional differentiation. The article suggests directions for improving the mechanism of levelling regional socio-economic differentiation, based on the principles of sustainability and balance and the observance of a dynamic balance of interests in the economic and social spheres. The study was conducted by analysing their content. The analysis of scientific research in this area has demonstrated different opinions in the doctrine on several issues arising in connection with the conclusion and execution of a corporate contract. In particular, there is no unified approach to understanding the legal nature of the corporate contract, the relationship between the corporate contract and the charter is not clear, and there are significant gaps in protecting participants' rights in the corporate contract. The study showed that the legal regulation of a corporate contract in Russian legislation is based on a dualistic approach, which led to the institutionalisation of a mixed model of a corporate contract, which has both binding and corporate elements. A special form of employment requires unifying the government regulation of their activities. This article presents the results of studying self-employed freelancers' activity self-made rendering cultural and educational services to children and receivers themselves of these services (parents and children). The interpretation of obtained results made it possible to develop recommendations on refining the policy in this sphere and define hot topics of follow-up studies. Gareeva","doi":"10.2991/ASSEHR.K.210322.146","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/ASSEHR.K.210322.146","url":null,"abstract":"The goal of research consists in the study of correlation between the self-assessment of the life quality and behavioral stereotypes concerning the health of students of medical professions in terms of the structural and functional approach. 652 students of both sexes took part in this study, the sample showed the equal gender and age representation. Within the context of the empirical part of the study, the \"MOS SF-36\" questionnaire was used for studying the self-assessment of the life quality, for studying the basic behavioral stereotypes concerning the health, the questionnaire of the behavioral self-assessment of Pozdeeva (2008) as supplemented by authors was used. Correlation of variables was determined with a view to the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. It was found that students assess their life quality within reference values; there was noted the high degree of implementation of behavioral attitudes concerning the health and psychohygiene; typically friends and teaching officers are referred to as behavioral influences while the variables quantitatively describing the life quality greatly correlate to indices characterizing the correlation with significant others, medical and physical activity of students. The data obtained during investigation allowed us to suppose that the structural and functional approach provides means for effective analysis of correlation between the life quality and the processes of students` behavior adjustment to the educational system of the medical university. In accordance with the results obtained, there is observed the significant functional dependence between the processes of implementation of behavioral attitudes concerning the health-preserving behavior, medical, physical activity and the life quality self-assessment. In addition, the revealed inclination of students to imitation of health-preserving behavioral elements is in good agreement with theoretical concepts of G. Tarde on imitating the behavior of significant others during the second insocialization, A. Bandura on \"observation, imitation and identification\" and is consistent with the principle of E. It is shown that the impact of transport and industrial noise causes increased health risks and requires the implementation of a set of measures to protect and ensure the safety of personnel exposed to such impact. At the same time, the modern system for ensuring the safety of personnel exposed to traffic and industrial noise requires improvement aimed at minimizing health risks caused by such exposure. The main reason for this problem may be the lack of objectified information about employees' value profile. The study aimed to determine the possibilities of using the SVS (Schwartz Value Survey) and PVQ (Portrait Values Questionnaire) questionnaires to assess value orientations' interrelationships in production groups to develop further recommendations for managers in justifying organizational changes. It is shown that cluster analysis of diagnostic results using the SVS (Schwartz Value Survey) and PVQ (Portrait Values Questionnaire) questionnaires allows to identify the maximum values relative to representatives of professions in various industries and determine the significance of the selected values in the context of \"imposed values\". The study involved 42 respondents (the working heads of medical and military institutions). All respondents were divided into 3 subgroups according to the importance of the normative ideals of the value orientation \"Safety\" in guiding their actions. The results of the study allow us to formulate a system of recommendations for managers of organisations to justify organizational changes, through the implementation of several stages: building a structural model of an ideal organizational culture; determining the algorithm of actions for organizational changes in the context of value management, developing a Roadmap; planning resources (intellectual, material). The primary attention in the formation of organizational culture should be paid to employees' already formed values. The language material – the names of professions in which students can work is extracted from the texts of business and journalistic speech, the analysis is based on the differentiation of the nuclear and peripheral parts of the field under consideration. The research is carried out at the intersection of pedagogy, linguistic semantics, labor psychology and linguoculturology. It is based on the linguistic technology of constructing semantic fields in combination with linguocognitive analysis.
