Research subject: online education trends that capitalize on education and enable investment in the future. Materials and methods: the research is based on comparative analysis, interdisciplinary approach. The theoretical study is based on conceptual works and research results by Russian and foreign authors devoted to the analysis of online education. The article presents the results of an empirical study. Results: Online education is increasingly demanding and innovative ways of delivering quality content are searching for. In this regard, online education is attracting more and more attention to both sides of the educational process students and teachers. Among the undoubted advantages is the acquisition of knowledge that, for one reason or another, the student is not able to have in an offline format. The most common reasons include, for example, the problem of knowledge obsolescence and the desire of students to master the latest trends. Thus, the individual can remain in the stream of the latest professional knowledge and trends. Other motives for obtaining online education include firstly, economic accessibility, secondly, the convenience of the acquiring knowledge format, thirdly, the possibility of establishing a convenient time frame for training, and fourthly, the possibility of obtaining additional knowledge. At the same time, online learning as an innovative learning format is fraught with evident and implicit risks. The article analyzes the risks of online education based on empirical results. Conclusion: online learning, on the one hand, creates the need for lifelong learning, creates opportunities for a wide range of students to receive education, on the other hand, it has limitations and risks. As a result, the authors have come to the conclusion that until now a holistic idea of educational technologies and their components has not been formed, answers to the questions have not been found: \"Is there a lot of educational technologies or is their number limited?\", \"What is the structure, content and distinctive features of educational technologies? \",\" What are the mechanisms for the implementation of educational technologies? \",\" By what criteria and features is it necessary to classify educational technologies? \" and etc. With the help of a comparative analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, various interpretations of the concept of \"educational technology\", having carried out a reflection of foreign, domestic and own pedagogical experience, the article substantiates the essence, structure and content of the concept of \"educational technology\", which is presented as a projected ordered system of actions, the implementation of which leads to the achievement of teaching objectives. Employees, whose professional activity is not associated with personal presence at work, are moving from the classic, \"factory\" working regime to more flexible forms of work organization. Despite the rise in remote employment in the last decade, such forms of work organization were not common in Europe or Russia. Only the announcement of the coronavirus pandemic in the world by WHO immediately made telecommuting a widespread phenomenon in the working life of society. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of labor discipline for remote workers. The necessity of recognizing a new form of control over the performance of a remote worker's labor function is clearly seen in current conditions. The author proposes strategies for employer control over the performance of a remote worker's labor function, as well as modern software and hardware tools to ensure the implementation of such control. This article is considered to formulate the legal conditions for the onset of disciplinary liability of remote. The key problem of Russian practice is the lack of mass interest of both large companies and small and medium-sized businesses in addressing issues of corporate social responsibility and social investment. The purpose of the study is to identify contradictions in the implementation of corporate social responsibility. Achieving this purpose is carried out by implementing and evaluating the results of a sample survey of company management representatives from the perspective of benefits and risks associated with the acceptance and non-acceptance of social obligations. The research is carried out using the tools of content analysis of survey results and in-depth interviews of company representatives. The methodological basis for evaluating the results of an empirical study is the stakeholder approach to analyzing the attitude of business to corporate social responsibility. The testable hypothesis is the assumption that companies agree to accept social responsibility only when they can benefit from it. Based on the conducted research, it is proved that the interpretation of corporate social responsibility should be based on the understanding of the opposite of the objective economic interests of stakeholders. The purpose of the study was to identify problematic aspects in the activities of young college teachers, as well as to identify factors that contribute to the creation of favourable conditions for their professional adaptation. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the problems and factors of professional adaptation of young college teachers aged 22 to 30 years. The most significant difficulties for novice teachers are caused by the issues of the relationship between the teacher and students, the young specialist with colleagues, methodological aspects of the lesson, documentation, curatorship.
