Makovetsky, Sofya Blagova","doi":"10.2991/ASSEHR.K.210322.178","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/ASSEHR.K.210322.178","url":null,"abstract":"The transformation of social and labour relations will allow for a new order in the market environment of the subjects of labour relations and create a reasonable transition model that will ensure universal agreement between the participants of labour relations. The social and regional gap associated with the demographic situation, digitalization, lack of skills and non-compliance with modern challenges, the development of artificial intelligence, determine the nature of the institutional structure of labour relations and motives for income generation. In the face of cumulative shocks, wages are adjusted extremely slowly and disproportionately. The study showed the presence of \"inequality traps\" and/or \"middle income traps\", which can be leveled on the basis of the mechanism of \"built-in stabilizer\" of the institutional structure of labour relations. At the same time, the applied technologies for the use of human resources of the organization should be aimed at increasing labour productivity and GDP, which mitigate the shocks caused by exogenous determinants due to the transition of organizations to complex adaptive systems that amortize the consequences of cyclical unemployment. The analysis showed that the average per capita actual income during the epidemic in Russia had a significant discrepancy with the forecast values and fell by 17.2%. At the same time, there is a direct correlation between GDP at purchasing power parity and household income. A policy of social support and consolidation of the balance of jobs and firms carried out since the beginning of the pandemic in Russia, will allow to recover faster after lifting of restrictions, in particular, on the basis of employment and the development of industry responsive training programs, will favor the stabilization of the achieved balance in the demographic sphere. For this, an index analysis of the following factors has been carried out: the number of organisations and workers performing research and development; financing innovative activities; advanced manufacturing (nano)technologies in the process brought to the consumer; application of innovative technologies and objects of intellectual property. The integral indicators characterising their changes have been calculated, and the levels of innovative development of the Russian economy have been determined. Then, using the tools of mathematical modelling, a multi-factor mathematical model has been built and tested in real-time that enabled to obtain a high-quality predicted result. The study revealed an excessively overestimated level of correlation between labor productivity and wages in Russia and in a number of foreign countries, with the exception of the G7 countries. Personal characteristics were determined using the D. Keirsey method (adapted by B.V. Ovchinnikov, K.V. Pavlov, I.M. Vladimirova, E.P. Ilyin); the risk propensity was revealed using the Schubert method (PSK). As per the risk appetite questionnaire, students were divided into three groups: high, medium, and low-risk appetite. The authors found that the leading characteristics of the personality of students with a high propensity to take risks are extraversion, intuition, ethics of emotions, rationality (ENFJ). Statistical processing of the results was carried out using the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient for correlation analysis. Data processed using SPSS 21.0 software. One of the development directions of modern educational tourism is specialized for the study of specific academic disciplines. To organize literary tourism at the system level, there is a need to develop a large number of routes, which requires a lot of time and study of huge amounts of information, since it is necessary to study all the works and biography of each of the authors to identify all available places to visit. To optimize this activity, e-tourism tools are actively used. Empirical research methods based on observation and research in the implementation of literary educational tourism using information technology are used. The developed software implements methodological, mathematical, algorithmic software support for the process of organizing literary tourism in St. Petersburg, contributes to a complete study of the literary authors’ heritage and the facts of their biography, and also allows the organization of thematic tours in causal relationships on related topics of literary directions. Several requirements have been formulated: support for web application elements, the ability to create a graphical interface, support for object-oriented programming technologies. The designed and implemented information system, due to the ability to automatically extract the needed information, significantly saves time and financial resources of users, which confirms the study's relevance and the need to develop the described information system, which has successfully passed testing and approbation. In the course of surveys of students and teachers, the developed information technology's pedagogical effectiveness was proved for both the student and the teacher. Students could automatically build individual routes and search for works; achieved greater immersion in the educational material due to visualization. The significance of the results obtained lies in students' enthusiasm and motivation for a comprehensive study of literary works, biographies of authors, and historical places in which the storyline is implemented through direct tourist immersion.
