Problems of legal entities liability in the criminal law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, some aspects of the inclusion of criminal liability of legal entities in the draft of the new Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the positions of supporters and opponents of legal scholars of Uzbekistan on the criminal liability of legal entities, the validity of these provisions from the point of view of the theory of criminal law and legislation Of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the alleged areas of application of the criminal liability of legal entities and the types of sanctions applied to legal entities.
