The tool offered by the authors allows you to establish the involvement level based on the analysis of the behavior and speech of employees when performing their routine job duties as well as when communicating with company executives and colleagues. The article describes not only tools themselves but also the results of their approbation in Russian retail companies. To confirm the approbation result accuracy, a comparison was made with the results of a traditional survey using the reliable and well-known Q12 questionnaire developed by GallUp Inc. For each reviewed financial ratios the economical determination is given alongside the determination procedure and designation in the international analysis. The correlation between assets and liabilities structure indicator and multipliers' indicators of a company's assets and liabilities is shown. The formation method of all the indicators from the financial statements, which could be included as calculation variables, is provided. These ratios may be determined on the base of financial statements. Therefore, they are accessible not only for the company's internal analysis but for the external one. {"title":"The Role of Humanitarian Cooperation in the Formation of Interethnic Relations Between Turkey and the Countries of Central Asia (From 1991 to 2020)","authors":"V. The relevance of the study lies in the attractiveness of Central Asia as the richest resource-possessing region with significant human potential and multifaceted historical and cultural heritage, having the experience of living as an ethnic group both independently and within large states. Thirty years of experience in the existence of the countries of Central Asia as states with independent political status allows us to analyze the experience of their humanitarian cooperation with other countries on the example of Turkey as a country that has common linguistic, cultural and religious roots with the Central Asian countries. The aim of the study was to identify the role of humanitarian cooperation in the formation of inter-ethnic relations between Turkey and the countries of Central Asia from 1991 to 2020. We set the following tasks: to analyse the humanitarian cooperation from the position of comparative political science, identify its main components as a system markers for the study of the role of humanitarian cooperation in the development of interethnic relations as well as to describe the features of Turkey's humanitarian cooperation with the countries of Central Asia from 1991 to 2020. To analyze the role, we identified the following markers: strategic and tactical goals of humanitarian cooperation; actors and motivators of this process, the presence of third countries; the state of the economic, financial, socio-political and national spheres of the donor state of cooperation; resources and potentials of both the recipient country and the donor power of humanitarian cooperation, the latter's obligations to other countries and blocks. As a result, we retrieved the following features of humanitarian cooperation between Turkey and the countries of Central Asia: unclear thoughtfulness and weak interconnection of the strategy and tactics of this cooperation; lack of a system and dynamics of the goals of this cooperation; Turkey has insufficient own funds and resources to invest in the economy and economy of Central Asian countries; priority of its own Turkish interests, interest in permanent unchanging double alliances in the absence of other alliances and blocks, Turkey also has the right to change its goals and intentions, as well as allies. This made it possible to determine the nature of a more positive and constructive role. The definition of the term \"professional expert community\" is given with the emphasis on experts' role in such communities. The paper singles out several factors that contribute to professional expert communities' development and presents their original classification. The theoretical foundation for this research includes O. Williamson and E. Ostrom's works, the Nobel Prize winners and prominent economists specialising in institutional economics. From the perspective of these scholars, professional expert communities must follow specific management principles and solve the problems connected with transaction costs. Moreover, community members' skills and experience are to be used altogether; institutional design principles may be affected. The study's main conclusion is that extensive development of professional expert communities may help accumulate knowledge, skills, and community members' competencies necessary to solve urgent social problems. On the basis of the analysis of the content of the documents and other sources and the use of statistical data, the authors make the conclusion about the poverty situation in the subjects of Russia. The general algorithm for assessing the effectiveness of antipoverty program activities should involve an assessment of each of the activities in the context of its elements. At the same time, the evaluation should take into account the logic of the program. It will allow assessing the relationship of indicators and expected results of activities with the target indicators of the program, as well as assess the contribution of the implementation of activities to the achievement of program objectives and identify activities that do not correspond to the objectives of the program and do not contribute to the achievement of planned targets. Data from empirical studies show that relations with the host population are evaluated positively by labour migrants. In turn, the \"sociocultural portrait\" of migrants is formed by Russians based on their beliefs about the negative consequences of labour migration, despite such socially positive qualities of labour migrants as hard work, willingness to work hard and improve their lives. Thus, the use of distance learning modes becomes a fact of life that may displace classical face-to-face education modes from dominant positions in the near future. The purpose of the research is to determine special organizational aspects of distance learning mode for students of economical discipline in the national system of higher education in Russia, to examine the experience of its application; to find ways of involving foreign students with the help of virtual technologies, that can give access to educational courses of the universities all over the world. The basic methods of research used in this work were the following: observation, comparison, induction, deduction, and monographic (descriptive). The basic results of the research are confined to the fact that the authors point out the unprecedented control and prevention measures for the COVID19 pandemic, that resulted in the new education model and total domination of distance learning modes in the short term. The essence of the model of economic development of Azerbaijan and its essential features are revealed. Emphasis is placed on minimising the country's economy's dependence on the oil factor through intensive development and improving the efficiency of non-oil sectors of the economy. Priority directions of development of non-oil industries are considered, and their potential is analysed. The dynamics of GDP in the oil and non-oil sectors of the Azerbaijani economy is given. The share of the oil and non-oil sectors in the GDP of the country's economy is estimated. The industry structure by type of economic activity and some indicators of the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan are presented. The structure of the output of the non-oil sector of the country is given. The dynamics of attracting foreign investment in specific sectors of the Azerbaijani economy is reflected. The need to accelerate the development of specific non-oil sectors of the economy, characterised by high potential and competitiveness, is noted. Especially recommended is the expansion of activities in the field of heavy engineering, chemical and petrochemical, and the metallurgical industry of the non-oil sector of the industry. The importance of strengthening modernisation and developing targeted programs for equipping non-oil sectors of the country's economy with high technologies ensures its effectiveness is substantiated.
