The process parameters describing cement decomposition furnace conditions are determined based on the process design requirements and the analysis of field operation experience. The field operating datas through mean filtering are determined as the first-class ART-2 network inputs, and the trend recognitions of the parameters are finished based on the trend recognition function. The results are determined as the second-class ART-2 network inputs,and the real time recognitions of decomposition furnace conditions are completed using the pattern recognition function. In the model, a mixed stochastic traffic assignment has been used to describe network equilibrium flow patterns under different information parameters in the lower model and the basic OD traffic demand multiplier is maximized without exceeding the corresponding link capacity in the upper model. A heuristic algorithm has been established to solve the model. Some numerical studies on a small road network have been presented to demonstrate the impact of different market penetration of ATIS on road network reserve capacity. The results show that network reserve capacity falls with market penetration increasing. Regarding the features of practical data, Solidworks 3D software is adopted to establish the tension wheel equipment model. Then such model is processed in ANSYS Workbench, and its Young's modulus, density and other physical parameters are set. The relationship between the coefficient of friction and tension is analyzed by static simulation. The dynamic simulation results show the movement of tension wheel equipment with different outside load is discussed, as well as the relationship between transmission efficiency and tension. Firstly, we analyze the evaluation factors of ideological and political education evaluation of universities. In AHP algorithm, the judgment matrix is established by using pair-wise comparisons. The scale is used to evaluate the relative importance of two assessment factors. Then, we calculate the weight of the assessment factors and employ five evaluation levels to measure the evaluation degrees of ideological and political education evaluation indexes. A certain university of Jiangsu is used to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education of universities by analytic hierarchy process. The computing results show that evaluation level of ideological and political education is 'Good'. The paper presents rough set neural network based financial distress prediction method. Through the financial ratios regarded as condition attribute and the enterprise financial status as decision attribute, the decision system of financial distress prediction is constructed. The minimum attribute set is obtained by attribute reduction. The financial ratios in the minimum attribute set are regarded as the inputs of the neural network. The neural network is trained using the training samples and the financial distress prediction model is obtained.
