Regarding the features of practical data, Solidworks 3D software is adopted to establish the tension wheel equipment model. Then such model is processed in ANSYS Workbench, and its Young's modulus, density and other physical parameters are set. The relationship between the coefficient of friction and tension is analyzed by static simulation. The dynamic simulation results show the movement of tension wheel equipment with different outside load is discussed, as well as the relationship between transmission efficiency and tension.
