This paper uses the marginal spectrum method based on Hilbert Huang transform for the first time, and the Tonghe station's borehole strain data without removing solid tide, then we extracted spherical free oscillation mode that are motivated by Wenchuan M8.0 earthquake, Chile M8.8 earthquake and the east coast of Honshu of Japan M9.0 earthquake, the results are very close to the PREM mode. Among which, the Wenchuan earthquake is tested 24 spherical fundamental frequency modes, the Chile and Japan earthquakes are both 76, which consist of 0S0 and 0S2~0S76. In view of this, we are devoted to improve real-time and reliability of topic-based publish/ subscribe system during forwarding. To improve the real-time performance, we use tree-structure topic clusters to save memory and make the system more flexible. Establishing a policy repository to store policy items and referring to it before transmitting messages can improve the expansibility of system since publishers may make policies for topics they have published to limit subscribers' operations. The convergence process of p is built by estimating and updating the value of p in each iteration, which produces two items, the error item and the constraint item, cooperating with the convergence of W(n). The parameter k is a factor to balance the two items, which is a trade-off between the convergence rate and the steady-state misalignment. The new algorithm is improved by selecting different value of k in different stages of the convergence process. The parameter k is selected by the value p, which can describe the stage of the convergence process. Based on features of welding manipulator path planning, the welding spots passed by particles are weight-coded and the combination optimization problem is made continuous. By using the platform built up through computer science and communication technology, we make the monitoring instrument, which was monitored by terminal computers on communication network, collect and transfer data according to established procedures. Either, those monitoring facilities can be made collect and transfer data instantly under the control of the instruction. By doing these, we can acquire information under all conditions and no human labor. After acquiring the mass data, we can calculation and analysis it, and judging the risk of the object, then share them by Internet web. We called this whole course \"monitoring & early warning\". Geologic Hazards Real-time monitoring is used for monitor the major geological Hazards which too dangerous to people can't close to it or too huge influence to can't complete control. The geologic hazard monitoring and early warning demonstration station is a template for real-time monitoring. To detect the hanging obstacles, a stereo sensing system was designed, which was composed of a full range of ultrasonic sensors with three-dimensional layout. Using obstacle distribution data acquired in this system, the improved BCM algorithm was proposed to guide robot to avoid obstacles. In the algorithm, the ranging information acquired by the three layers' sensors was mapped into the horizontal plane. And then with the constraints from the kinematics and dynamics of robot, overlapping simplified beams were constructed from the two dimensional distribution of obstacles. After the optimization beam searching, the corresponding angular velocity and the line speed were calculated and put out to control the robot to avoid vehicles and pedestrians on the road.
