When Linux TCP/IP protocol stack running on multi-core processors, the processing efficiency is often difficult to meet the requirements. In order to deal with this problem, this paper proposes a TCP/IP acceleration protocol stack based on multi-core processors. In this method, we divide multi-core processor cores into two groups, one group running general-purpose Linux operating system, the other running real-time operation system with TCP/IP protocol acceleration processing. Multi-core TCP/IP stack can offload TCP/IP protocol processing to real-time system and operate the underlying hardware resources directly, which improve the efficiency of network processing. The MSP430G2553 chip of the MCU completes rapid AD signal collection and the relay controls the signal input mode. The chip CH372 communicating via USB sends data to the upper computer to implement real-time monitoring and operation so as to completely realize the designed functions. The experimental results show that the 10-bit ADC of the MSP430FG2553 is used for sampling. The upper computer sets the work modes of the signals of multiple channels via USB, including 5V, 12 V and floating. Each channel can provide 5V and 12 V. The data of each channel can be displayed on the upper computer in real time. The system features multi-channel signal monitoring and control, rapid update, precise display and easy control and can display signals synchronously. In addition, simple extension will enable it to detect impedance. PCD tools is proved to be adaptable in cutting SiCp/Al composites, but the rupture of PCD tool nose often occurs in milling SiCp/Al composites. In this paper the micro-interaction model in milling SiCp/Al composites is established to reveal the rupture mechanism. The interaction behavior is analyzed by considering cutting speed. The result shows there exists limit cutting speed to avoid the rupture of PCD tools nose in milling SiCp/Al composites.
