We define a new concept, called cooperative QoS routing which establishes a routing path and corresponding helpers to satisfy user's bandwidth requirement. We formulate an optimization problem, called Widest Cooperative Routing Path problem (WC-RP), which seeks a cooperative routing path P with maximum end-to-end bandwidth and a scheduling scheme for links in P to avoid interference. Main contribution of this paper is summarized as follow. We propose a distributed algorithm to solve WC-RP, which is implemented in the real test bed. We evaluate the performance of our distributed algorithm by experiments, and the result shows that our distributed algorithm can significantly improve the network performance. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first work on cooperative QoS routing for multi-hop wireless networks. In this method, a set of patterns from program execution traces are extracted, and represented as features, while their occurrence frequencies are treated as the corresponding feature values. But this conventional method has its limitation due to neglect the pattern's position information, which is important for the classification of program traces. Patterns occurs in the different positions of the trace are likely to represent different meanings. In this paper, we present a novel approach for using pattern's position distribution as features to detect software failure. In this method, we divide sequence into several sections and then compute pattern's distribution in each section, the distribution of all patterns are then used as features to train a classifier. This method outperforms conventional frequency based method due to effectively identify software failures occur through mis-used software patterns. In this paper, found the shortages and defects of traditional dwelling through the test and comparison of environmental indicators of indoor and outdoor traditional dwelling (temperature, humidity, illumination and wind speed). It uses orthogonal omnidirectional driven wheels to record displacement instead of accelerometers in the inertial positioning, solving the problem that displacement error calculated from the quadratic integral of the accelerometer is too big. It combines with the yaw angle gained from the gyroscope to calculate accurate coordinates. Considering the problem that the model depends on the ground flatness a lot, two optimization methods are brought up, namely Rotation Redundancy Elimination and Uneven Ground Compensation. In this way, the model can has more accuracy. The result shows that the RBF neutral network based on GMDH clustering algorithm could locate contaminations in cotton precisely, and has high location accuracy. But the common customer classifier doesn't fit for the customer classification in Web marketing, because it has certain industry limitation. In this paper, a decision tree classifier based on information entropy is proposed. First of all, the classification index system for Web marketing is established by integrating several common-used classification index strategies. After that, the information gain of each classification index is calculated by using information entropy. Finally, the decision tree is established according to the information gain of classification index, and the corresponding customer classification rule is generated. To test this method, the real e-commerce site data is divided into two parts. One is used to establish the customer classification decision tree. The other is used to test.
