Abstract

The relationship between tension wheel equipment's transmission efficiency and angle changes is studied theoretically. Regarding the features of practical data, Solidworks 3D software is adopted to establish the tension wheel equipment model. Then such model is processed in ANSYS Workbench, and its Young's modulus, density and other physical parameters are set. The relationship between the coefficient of friction and tension is analyzed by static simulation.
