Study on Prevention and Control Countermeasures of Information Technical Crimes in Finance

Abstract

The financial computer attracted the attention of a large number of criminals, at present, Chinese finance computer crimes are typically internal personnel proportion high, crime level high, younger criminals, difficult to prosecute. The vulnerability of computer information system itself is easy to be attacked by criminals, computer security technology lags far behind the development level of computer application technology, the weakening of the internal control measures, all these can give the criminals opportunity to attack. Our country should adopt a series of measures such as modify the computer crime legislation, strengthen the internal control system, and perfect the network financial regulatory system, and so on.
