Ideological and Political Education Evaluation of Universities by a Novel AHP

Abstract

This paper presents ideological and political education evaluation of universities based on a novel analytic hierarchy process. Firstly, we analyze the evaluation factors of ideological and political education evaluation of universities. In AHP algorithm, the judgment matrix is established by using pair-wise comparisons. The scale is used to evaluate the relative importance of two assessment factors. Then, we calculate the weight of the assessment factors and employ five evaluation levels to measure the evaluation degrees of ideological and political education evaluation indexes. A certain university of Jiangsu is used to study the effectiveness of ideological and political education of universities by analytic hierarchy process. The computing results show that evaluation level of ideological and political education is 'Good'. And this results accord with the actual situation.
