It causes reasonable didactic problems for teachers of all subjects. Despite the rather long period of school educational process implementation by new standards in regulatory way, the problem of the formation and evaluation of meta-subject results is far from a praxeological solution, so the search for effective educational practices that bring educational subjects closer to achieving the goal remains relevant. А rural school with a number of favorable educational process characteristics that determine the integrative processes inside and outside of school education, provides new peculiar options for organizing students’ meta-subject activity to summarize by a corresponding section of pedagogical science and practice. The purpose of the study is to describe the best practices of teaching physics in the context of the formation and evaluation of meta-subject results. Practices are based on developing concepts and ideas of modern education, in particular, needs for a) students to master the methodology of scientific knowledge in the way of a cycle of «facts – problem – hypothesis – model – conclusions – sequences – criteria-based experiment» (concepts of V. V. Multanovsky, V. V. Mayer, V. G. Razumovsky, Yu. A. Saurov); b) learning of the most general categories or universals, connecting students' perceptions of the world into a holistic picture (in our case, the category of symmetry); c) a value attitude formation to human cognition of the world and the search for appropriate meanings. The course of the study is reflected in the presentation logic from a review of the basic theoretical research concepts in this education area and also physics methodology to a generalized conclusion about meta-subject educational practices in a rural school and the presentation of this practice specific example – a physics lesson on the topic «Symmetry is around us and at the core of everything». Results, presented as an interpretative characteristic of a lesson with methodological orientation and its specific model can be useful for physics teachers, chemistry teachers and biology teachers of general-educational organizations, teachers of vocational education organizations methodologists in the field of natural sciences, professionaldevelopment systems for natural science teachers and their retraining.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"44 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114253044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that the social situation of rural schoolchildren compared to urban characteristics are characterized by lower socio-educational status of parents, lower quality of education, limited contacts, poverty of cultural life. However, subjectively these differences are not perceived by the participants of the educational process, and their assessments of the educational environment are practically indistinguishable from the assessments of urban respondents. Features of the Krasnoyarsk region from other regions that participated in the study – the diversity of natural and geographical conditions, a fairly high index of socio-economic development, and the predominance of modern industries. As a result, there are marked differences in the assessment of the role and capabilities of the school, its functions, compared to representatives of other regions. The greatest differences in the assessment of different parameters of the environment are found in the assessments of different participants in the educational process – children, parents and teachers. It is noted that parents are extremely negative about many innovations in education, especially with regard to the introduction of the Single State Examination and the unification of rural schools, their actual destruction in the villages. In general, all participants in the educational process highly appreciate the tension of the educational environment of schools; and there were no significant differences in the assessment of this parameter between rural and urban schools. According to the participants of the educational process, the school creates the necessary conditions for the development of different abilities of students, development of life skills. Based on the analysis of the educational environment by the vector model, it was found that the educational environment of urban schools is shifted towards «career» and rural – «dogmatic» educational environment.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124229553","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance of the problem is determined by modern socio-economic and sociocultural conditions, in which there are many risks and restrictions for psychologically comfortable and safe stay of a person in society. Modern studies of Russian scientists indicate that the psychological well-being of all participants in educational relations, as well as the favorable course of age-related crises and the successful socialization of students in society depend on the processes of improving the educational environment. The article presents the results of the work of the problem group «Targets for the formation of psychologically comfortable and safe environment in rural schools», which was organized during the All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation «The formation of psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment in rural schools». The participants of the problem group identified the essential characteristics and features of a psychologically comfortable and psychologically safe educational environment in rural school; we identified and identified as the key targets for the formation of this environment its purpose, the main methodological approach (subject-environment approach), the main functions, the leading idea, principles and goals for the formation of a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment in a rural school. On the basis of the «Goal Tree» method, a hierarchy of goals for the formation of a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment is built in three directions: the administrative and management team of rural educational organizations, students of rural educational organizations, teachers of rural educational organizations. The materials presented in the article can become a target reference point in the process of forming environments that meet the characteristics of psychological comfort and psychological safety.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122563412","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is stated that infrastructure changes of the last twenty years do not contribute to the schooling development. The presence of a school in the village is not a guarantor of such education, which will allow the graduate to be able to ensure the recovery of the economy and social development of the village. The lifestyle mastered by a schoolchild during the years of study in a class and training organization has long been inconsistent with the socio-economic expectations of society, including the needs of rural development. Fundamental changes are required in the basic (that is, educational) process – the transition to learning systems that are different from classroom and lesson. The worldview and methodological foundations for the transformation of schooling in the countryside are revealed: the civilizational need for a transition to universal cooperation of the subjects of coexistence; value principle is that a person is the main goal and the main means of fruitful educational environment; programmatic and organized approach is a continuous comparison, refinement and adjustment of programmatic representations and actual unfolding activities; focusing on the development of training is a qualitative change of its goals, content, technologies, management, etc.; technological invariant in the construction of training is non-frontal classes, individual educational (educational) routes and programs of students, general cooperation of training participants. Models of the school level of educational organization («out-of-hours» field of education; non-frontal classes while maintaining classes; the learning process in a diverse learning team; intersecting and integrating educational, club and production processes in a different age group) and inter-agency level (based on the interaction of schools – a network form of implementing the educational program, inter-school groups in educational subjects, metadisciplinarity and/or interdisciplinarity; on the basis of a combination of general and supplementary, general and vocational education programmes; based on the interaction of schools and other organizations of the social sphere and production). In terms of personnel policy, emphasis is placed on the general practical training of teachers, the cultivation of specialists of new educational practice during its formation, the construction of centers of the future and their living at seminars for the professional development of leaders and teachers. To manage the implementation of the concept, a regional innovation mechanism is created, it is system of communications and cooperations (both initiative and specially organized) between participants. The fundamental difference from the management models implemented in the past is that the avant-garde subject is represented not by a specific school, but by a municipal subject.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122640658","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently, this phenomenon is considered as pedagogical reality that allows developing subjectivity, creative abilities of students and their self-realization. For rural schools, the problem of creating such psychologically comfortable and at the same time safe educational environment in science has not been solved until now. The relevance of this scientific task reinforces the need to understand the changes taking place in rural schools caused by the pandemic and the forced transition to mixed education. Objective: to determine the methodological basis in the form of reference concepts for the formation of psychologically comfortable educational environment in rural school. Objectives of the study: a) formulation of the main ideas that lead to the identification of methodological approaches necessary for the formation of a psychologically comfortable educational environment; b) concretization of the essence of the selected approaches through the construction of principles as general guidelines for the implementation of appropriate pedagogical activities in order to solve the identified problem. Methods: remote brainstorming, analysis of the results of scientific research on similar issues; theoretical modeling. The purpose of the article is to consider the possibilities of preparing students for educational work with rural schoolchildren during their studies at a pedagogical university. Its implementation is associated with the solution of a number of tasks: identifying the features of the functioning of schools in rural areas that affect the organization of educational activities with students; determining the key grounds for working with future rural teachers; designing components of a model that can be integrated into the main professional educational program to ensure targeted preparation of students for the education of students in a rural educational organization. The analysis of literature and experience in the training of teachers for the village allowed us to identify the features of the school, among the most significant, directly affecting the solutions of educational tasks can be attributed: a small, multi-age team, an expanded range of activities of the teacher within the framework of the implementation of educational functions, limited opportunities for social contacts and personal development of students in rural society. The key positions defining approaches to the activities of university teachers aimed at preparing future rural teachers for educational work are related to the selection of content that reveals its features, the definition of effective formats for its development, the identification of the specifics of solving educational tasks within the framework of educational and extracurricular activities of rural schoolchildren. The model of preparing students for educational work provides for the implementation of four components: target (goals and objectives of working with future specialists, determined on the basis of universal pedagogical competencies relevant to educational activities), content (informational, functional and technical aspects of training), technological (formats for the implementation of the main content components), effective (indicators of graduates' readiness for educational work, forms of control and evaluation of their manifestations).","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124078937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The subject of experimental study was the system of secondary vocational education, in the context of ensuring the availability of training programs for mid-level specialists, skilled workers and employees for applicants with disabilities and HIA. The basis for ensuring accessibility, according to the author, is undoubtedly the readiness of administrative and managerial personnel and teaching staff as a whole to implement inclusive secondary vocational education. The author considers in detail the issues of determining and developing special (personnel, program-methodical, material-technical, organizational) conditions in educational organizations of secondary vocational education. The results of a monitoring study of the state of employees’ readiness in technical schools and colleges for inclusive education are presented. The methods used in the monitoring process were: questionnaires, questionnaires for heads of educational organizations, support specialists, teachers, production masters and parents of students with disabilities. According to the results of the study, personnel shortages were identified and the directions of development of the personnel in colleges and technical schools on the organization and implementation of inclusive education were described. One of the issues under consideration is the organization and implementation of training of defectological personnel for special and inclusive education in conditions of professional educational organizations (colleges, universities). And also the issue of the use of human resources within the framework of networking of educational organizations, including those implementing training programs for mid-level specialists, skilled workers and employees.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128409453","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
