In modern life, purposefulness, the ability to form meaning and develop, etc. are important for the self-realization of a person. Self-awareness and the desire for self-realization help a person to remain in demand and realized not only in the profession, but also in life. The article presents the results obtained using the methodology of M. Rokich's value orientations and content analysis of essays to identify the features of terminal and instrumental values of rural high school students. It was found that rural high school students have higher values of personal life and acceptance of others, low – professional self-realization. They have more developed high demands, firm will, acceptance of others, but abstract, passive values-means often prevail. Values-goals and values-means have their own specifics during high school age. The obtained data reveal the role of the personal factor in the self-determination of senior schoolchildren. These results of the dynamics of value-semantic self-determination contribute to the deepening of ideas about the trends of its development in high school age. They can be useful for optimizing the psychological and pedagogical support of personal self-determination of high school students. The results of this study can be used to improve the system of vocational guidance of rural schoolchildren, increase their competitiveness and develop professional competencies. The study of various characteristics of self-determination is relevant for optimizing professional self-actualization and evaluating the productivity of human life cycles. Further research prospects may be related to the determination of the interrelationships of different components of value-semantic self-determination in a sample of rural high school students.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127514013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this situation, the need for upbringing in the education system of a psychologically healthy person is actualized, possessing antifragility, socially tempered and ready to cope with negative psychological experiences caused by uncertainty and rapid changes in the surrounding reality. In this regard, the school has a social order for the implementation of the mission of psychological support and support of a growing person, which is additional to the three traditional functions. One of the fundamental conditions for the performance of the new function by the school is the psychological comfort of education while ensuring the continuous development of the personality. The purpose of the article is to identify the specifics of solving this problem for rural school, which has fundamental differences from the educational organization of a metropolis, associated with high variability of the characteristics of the educational process in such schools, their traditional features and, at the same time, the influence of new global processes. The basis of the methodological foundation is the humanistic paradigm of education, among the basic methods we will single out the content analysis of the concepts «psychological comfort of education», «psychologically comfortable educational environment ina rural school», theoretical modeling of the phenomenon of psychologically comfortable educational environment and its formation in rural school. Psychological and pedagogical interpretations of the psychological comfort of education, its objective, subjective and objective-subjective aspects are highlighted. Within the framework of the psychological approach, the essence of the phenomenon under study is revealed through a person's inner sense of himself in a system of conditions, circumstances and opportunities; within the boundaries of pedagogical — psychological comfort of education is represented as a set of parameters, qualities, characteristics of the external environment of the subject. These ideas are associated with the concept of educational environment, which is built through the joint development of its interacting components. The objective aspect just emphasizes the objective-material basis of the phenomenon, the subjective — mental processes, states, personality qualities, the objective-subjective — has a socio-communicative nature and characterizes the processes of relations between the subjects of the educational process of rural school, taking into account its specifics. Two results of the formation of psychologically comfortable environment in which the educational process takes place are identified — direct and indirect; the introduction of the principle of psychological comfort into pedagogy is substantiated. The scientific novelty of the research is determined by highlighting the dual meanings of the integrative essence of the psychological comfort of education, expla","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"123 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116523411","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The need for a scientific analysis of the phenomenon of a youth holiday and especially its modern forms, for example, such as a flash mob, concerns the importance of festive culture in its modern forms for the cultural socialization of youth and the spiritual development of society. In the conditions of public consciousness modernization, the holiday as a form of cultural and leisure activity has a special functional burden in the system of free time for young people, primarily in line with the pedagogization of youth culture. However, this problem in modern socio-pedagogical literature is not deeply disclosed. The article justifies the author's position considering youth as an object of cultural and leisure influence from the point of view of its value-orientation attitude to leisure. Young people as an object of cultural and leisure influence are considered from the point of view of their value-orientation attitude to leisure. The analysis of the socio-cultural situation in the field of youth leisure of rural youth shows the transformation of traditional forms of leisure and the emergence of new – innovative technologies for youth leisure. The empirical material shows the educational potential of such an innovative technology for organizing youth leisure as a flash mob. Flash mob – a pre-planned mass action in which a large group of people appears in a public place, performs previously agreed actions according to the scenario and then breaks up. The most promising ones in educational practice are collective flash mobs, primarily song and dance, which do not take much time, in rare cases require large-scale training and can be used to work with almost all educational tasks. The author describes in detail the technological process of preparing and holding a flash mob as a mass youth holiday. The pedagogical effect of the mass youth holiday is proved, which is manifested in the development of group interaction skills and the self-organization of the youth association. Flash mob actions contribute to the development of active recreation, the manifestation of emotions in activities, the improvement of communication skills (due to involvement in the joint activity), self-approval in a socially approved type of activity.","PeriodicalId":166925,"journal":{"name":"Pedagogy Of Rural School","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129619989","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process of standardization of the education system, namely, the development of the student's personality and in the new edition of the Federal State Educational Standard for General Education, gives a significant place. In the development of educational programs, special attention is paid to the achievement of personal results by students, ensuring the unity of educational and up-bringing activities. One of the modern trends in education is its openness, development of partnership. Thus, the implementation of programs in a network form is a sign of time. Educational organizations, institutions of additional education, culture, industrial enterprises, private business and non-profit organizations can become partners in the implementation of educational programs, additional general education programs. This greatly enriches the resources of the educational organization. And if we are talking about a rural school remote from cultural centers, then this interaction opens up new horizons for students. The authors of the article consider the possibilities of influencing the personal growth of a rural student, involving them in the implementation of socially oriented projects, as well as the role of social partners in the formation of students' value priorities, the level of their socialization and education as the main personal result. The emphasis is placed on the increasing resources of the general education organization in the framework of general activities and cooperation with non-profit organizations. During the discussion of this problem at the All-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation «Formation of a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment in rural school», held in Yaroslavl, management issues were raised in the format of a traditional section, as well as a problem group. Discussion of the management aspects of the educational environment development in rural school was carried out in the form of a foresight session, a Google survey. It was concluded that it is necessary to design the educational environment at three levels of management: regional, municipal and at the level of rural schools. The article notes the importance of creating educational environment to increase the availability and quality of education, to ensure psychologically comfortable and safe life in the village as a whole, since virtually the entire population of rural areas passes through the education system. The participants in the discussion recognized the importance of combining the efforts of government authorities, teachers, parents and other participants in educational relations in the formation and development of the educational environment of rural school and their interaction, taking into account mutual interests. At each of the management levels unified management approaches can be developed: a concept for the development of the educational environment, a strategy for the implementation of the Program, model local acts, methodological recommendations, personnel and financial support for innovative processes.
