Heavy metals content has been analyzed in plant raw materials of the wild hop (Humulus lupulus L.) cones the hemp family (Cannabaceae) representative growing on the waste dump "Yuzhny" coal mine "Kedrovsky". This perennial liana is found throughout the Kemerovo region-Kuzbass. It is a valuable medicinal plant material. It contains a rich biologically active compounds complex. Heavy metals content analysis in the studied embryozems samples showed that the maximum values are for Mn (54.438±15.900 mg/kg) and Fe (38.278±9.539 mg/kg), the minimum for Cu (0.218±0.016 mg/kg) and Cd (0.167±0.016 mg/kg). The study did not reveal their excess in comparison with the hygienic standards of maximum permissible concentration (approximate permissible concentration). It was experimentally found that wild hop cones accumulate to a greater extent two biophile elements - Cu and Zn. In addition, there are quite significant differences in the quantitative characteristics of the content of these elements in the seedlings of common hop and conjugated embryozems from the places of its growth. With a slight accumulation of these elements’ mobile forms in embryozems: Zn (1.481 ± 0.101 mg / kg), Cu (0.218 ± 0.016 mg / kg), in plant raw materials, the accumulation of these elements is a priority: Zn - 15.20 ± 0.153 mg / kg, Cu – 5.123±0.054 mg/kg. These elements also describe with the greatest biological mobility. For Cu and Zn, the coefficient of biological mobility (Bx) is maximal in the wild hop cones - 23.50 and 10.26 respectively. Obtained data analysis showed that there was no standardized heavy metals MPC excess in the raw material Humulus lupulus L. adopted for medicinal plant materials, which does not pose a danger to human life and health.

Background. Previously, we first formulated the concept of targeted prostatic pharmaconecrosis (TPPhN). TPPhN is the death of those areas of the prostate tissue, that are proven or suspected to contain tumor cells of prostate cancer, due to the direct injection of a pharmacologically active substance into the prostate tissue. The aim: to study whether TPPhN occurs in the prostate tissue of male rats three hours after injection of 0.05 ml noradrenaline hydrotartrate (NH) solution into it. Materials and methods. The experiments were carried out on 12 outbred male rats aged 10 months. The animals were divided into two groups of six individuals each. Under anesthesia, the rats of the first group received only the injection of 0.05 ml 0,2% solution of NH into the left lobe of the prostate. Rats of the second group first received doxazosin 0.00025 g intragastrically, and then an intraprostatic injection of 0.05 ml of a 0.2 % solution of NH into the left lobe of the prostate was made. 3 hours after intraprostatic injection, macroscopic changes in the left lobe of the prostate were assessed, then the left lobe was resected. Results and conclusions. In all experiments, a demarcation line was clearly visible, delimiting the focus of TPPhN from intact tissue of the prostate. Typical morphological changes in the prostate tissue in the focus of TPPhN were studied. Close attention was paid to the characteristics of the ischemic penumbra between the focus of TPPhN and intact prostate tissue. It was found that in animals of the second group, the penumbra turned out to be clearer and narrower; due to this, the focus of TPPhN was sufficiently sharply delimited from normal prostate tissue. The fact established by us allows us to consider such a combination of substances as promising in the development of the TPPhN technique in humans.

The study and analysis of natural objects makes it possible to form an ecological idea of the research area and identify some patterns of the organization of plant communities, filling in information about certain plant species with their specific features of growth and distribution. This study is devoted to the study and analysis of the flora of the village of Pribelsky, Karmaskalinsky district, located in the center of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the left bank of the Belaya River. 225 plant species from 180 genera and 66 families were discovered and analyzed by the route method of research. During the analysis, generally accepted methods for determining the material were used. As a result of a detailed acquaintance, it was revealed that the predominant family in the flora of the studied territory is the Asteraceae family, which includes 39 plant species (17.3 %). Ecological analysis conducted to identify the quantitative composition of plants by such factors as moisture, light and soil nutrition showed that mesophytes (70.2 %) are most represented in the flora of the first category, light–loving plants (87.1 %) from the second and mesotrophs (72 %) from the last. The distribution of species into ecological groups was caused by their unequal adaptability to the above environmental factors. The biological and morphological analysis of plant life forms carried out according to the Raunkier system showed that hemicryptophytes are most represented in the flora (55.5 %). The presented results are quantitative and qualitative indicators of resources in the system of monitoring the state of the environment and environmental protection activities, which in turn is the basis for comparing the analyzed plants with plants of other territories by their key characteristics.

Efficient management of the health care system is essential to ensure the high quality of health care facilities, both public and private. The expected results of work to improve the efficiency of health care system involve the introduction of modern complex systems, among which digital technologies play a leading role. The value of digitalization will help healthcare organizations overcome the challenge of limiting the use of resources to meet growing healthcare needs. The digitalization of domestic healthcare, which covers electronic prescriptions, electronic referrals and the exchange of electronic medical records, has been implemented on the platform of the Integrated State Information System since 2018. According to forecasts, its implementation and maximum use should be completed and implemented to the maximum by 2025. The success of this implementation is closely related to the level of digital skills of both healthcare providers and users of healthcare services. It is believed that the widespread introduction of electronic technologies in healthcare will solve many current problems in this industry. However, at the present time its use is not yet very well developed, and its potential is little used. There are many reasons that promote or limit the spread of digital transformation in the healthcare sector. This is, first of all, knowledge, opportunities for learning, the ability to interact, systemic thinking. Good managerial responsibility is critical to transforming healthcare. Implementing eHealth requires new and innovative workflows. At the same time, both the medical staff and the administrative link must be aware that their work will change radically. It will evolve from a routine to an activity of learning, skill development and constant change in work practices.

The modern realities of an unprecedented emergency situation caused by the spread of a new coronavirus infection have become a challenge to social institutions and, above all, healthcare, which could not but affect the social interaction of a doctor with patients. Aim is to identify the features of social interaction between a doctor and a patient in a pandemic. A review of fundamental and modern works in the problem field is carried out. The empirical basis of the work was the materials of a sociological survey using Google forms (N=420) and a focus group with doctors from the "red zone" (N=7). According to the data obtained, the majority of the interviewed doctors of the “red zone” consider the paternalistic model of relationship with the patient to be optimal for these conditions: it was noted by 86.7% (p<0.05 with the number of other answers). District therapists rated the paternalistic and partner models approximately equally (56.7% and 38.8%, respectively, p > 0.5). Moreover, the results of the survey made it possible to rank the personal qualities of doctors who, in their opinion, were most in demand to work in a pandemic. Patience (79.8%), "humanity" (78.7%) and conscientiousness (82.4%) ranked first in the number of selected answers; in second place are compassion (56.8%), a sense of duty (66.5%) and responsiveness (53.4%); in third place - responsibility (52.2%), a sense of justice (44.5%), "decency" (41.3%). The COVID-19 pandemic has shown national specific features of adaptation to changing waves of morbidity. In Russia, there has been a change in the attitude of society towards the professional group of doctors, which has led to the return of the paternalistic model. This was also facilitated by the vulnerability of patients in the older age group of the population, for which the expectations of paternalism are more characteristic, including as a manifestation of nostalgia for the image of a Soviet doctor and partly as a result of digital inequality against the backdrop of global digitalization.

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is one of the most urgent problems of allergology and immunology, since, despite the improvement in diagnostic and treatment approaches, the number of patients suffering from allergic diseases of the respiratory tract remains very significant. AR is a common allergic disease of the upper respiratory tract in children living in the Moscow, Yaroslavl, Tver, Vologda and Vladimir regions, with a frequency of occurrence in 2021 from 1.472% to 2.684% (mean random effect 2.143 with CI: 1.599-2.763). There is an annual increase in patients with AR in each region, but at the same time, the heterogeneity of the samples allows us to state that in each specific region, the increase in AR occurs under the influence of various risk factors specific to a particular region, ignorance of which leads to an increase in the total number of patients with AR, the number children with late diagnoses, as well as a decrease in the quality of life of patients and their families, which has significant socio-economic consequences. In order to study issues related to the drug correction of clinical, endocrine and neurotransmitter disorders in persons with suicidal behavior, the study of medical statistics of the neuropsychiatric service for the period from 2005 to 2022 was conducted. The paper highlights the ways to identify people with suicidal behavior, studied the prerequisites for its development. All studies were conducted in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 02.07.1992 N 3185-1 (edition of 30.12.2021) "On psychiatric care and guarantees of the rights of citizens in its provision". The difference between true and false suicide has been determined. Pathogenetic mechanisms of formation of endocrine and neurotransmitter disorders, methods of treatment and prevention of suicidal mood are considered. Gender and age characteristics, as well as issues related to suicide in various countries of the world are analyzed. The cause-and-effect relationships that can lead to the act of suicide are highlighted. It was revealed that demographic mortality rates as a result of completed suicides were higher in the regions of the republic than in cities and amounted to 18.1- 24.5 per one hundred thousand population, the greatest suicide risk was observed at the age of 17 to 30 years. Many patients in this group either did not seek medical help from a psychiatrist at all due to stigmatization, or there was no compliance in treatment. These individuals independently stopped taking antidepressants after 1-2 weeks from the start of taking these drugs with the appearance of a slight initial improvement. The role of COVID-19 and its impact on the human psyche, as well as the role of the virus in the development of suicidal behavior, is touched upon. It was revealed that in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid in patients with suicidal behavior, there is an imbalance of cytokine status in the form of a decrease in the level of IL-10, an increase in the concentration of S-IL-2R, IL-1, IL-2, IL-6; a decrease in the activity and function of natural T cells. Perinatal medicine has caused an improvement in the health of newborns, as well as a decrease in the perinatal mortality rate in all countries of the world. The level and structure of perinatal mortality is one of the main demographic indicators of the population.\u0000The problem of reducing the infant mortality rate always remains relevant. The birth rate is noticeably increasing every year. Due to the increase in the birth rate in the country, perinatal centers are being improved, which are able to provide qualified medical care quickly, efficiently and in a short time. The indicator of perinatal mortality depends on many factors: firstly, it is the health of parents, their living conditions and lifestyle. Secondly, the perinatal mortality rate depends on the socio-economic conditions of the population, the level of medical capacity, as well as the patient orientation of medical personnel. This article reveals the main causes of perinatal and infant mortality, shows the negative impact of system gaps in the treatment and care of pregnant women. The main factors of perinatal mortality are premature birth, intrauterine infections, congenital malformations, negligent attitude of pregnant women to their health and the health of their child. A significant part of unfavorable perinatal outcomes is determined by premature birth. One of the main reasons for under-bearing is the socio-economic conditions of the country. Thus, in economically different countries, the rate of premature birth ranges up to 5%, in African countries up to 15%. Maternal infections, hormonal disorders, extragenital diseases during pregnancy are also factors affecting premature birth.\u0000It turned out that intrauterine infections reach up to 70% among premature babies. According to autopsy results in 37.5%, intrauterine infection was the main cause of death.\u0000The provision of high-quality, timely and high-tech care, professional development of medical workers, modernization of medical equipment, constant monitoring of the course of pregnancy, early detection of abnormalities are priority areas that underlie the reduction of perinatal and infant mortality and stabilization of the demographic situation.
