Burnazyan Federal Medical and Biological Center of the Russian Federal Medical and Biological Agency. The study involved 20 representatives of skiing sports (biathlon, cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing) (10 men, 10 women), mean age 20.1 ± 0.6 years. The level of sportsmanship was not lower than the first adult grade. Five men and five women took placebo, and five men and five women received Mildronate. Allocation into groups was carried out according to the maximum time of the exercise test in the ergospirometric study (ski-treadmill traverse). The study was built from the position of activity approach, reflecting the basic characteristics of the athlete's activity: physical and psychological readiness to achieve the best result (imitation of competitive activity). Specific load testing on skis and objective diagnostics of the psycho-emotional state was carried out. Comparative assessment of the indicators was carried out on the 7th and 15th days of the study in relation to the background. According to the subjective evaluation of the drug's effect, the greatest number of positive changes in the state were noted by participants who took placebo. For 7 out of 10 people positive dynamics in the subjective state was observed (mood, sleep and general well-being improved, physical performance increased, training results increased). The placebo effect of taking the drug on the psychophysiological state of the persons professionally engaged in sports was detected. This can be explained by the formation of a stable notion that the level of professional skill depends on the use of pharmacological agents. Received materials indicate a pronounced psychotherapeutic effect of "Mildronat" on the functional and adaptive reserves of healthy athletes, ensuring the preservation of high-performance capacity. Expert evaluation of new technologies of sports medicine and drugs, affecting physical performance should necessarily include determination of functional readiness dynamics, including placebo-controlled comparative studies and objective diagnostics of psycho-emotional state.

It is noted that resistance to antiplatelet agents is determined in a number of patients, which may increase the risk of cardiovascular catastrophes. Given the importance of the antiplatelet component in preventive and therapeutic strategies, the inability to achieve its potential benefit in patients with atherothrombosis is an important clinical problem.\u0000Aim of the study. Studying the features of platelet aggregation in vitro in patients with coronary heart disease, acute disorders of cerebral circulation and acute coronary syndrome receiving acetylsalicylic acid or acetylsalicylic acid in combination with clopidogrel during hospital treatment.\u0000Materials and methods. The subjects were divided into 3 groups: 1 - patients of the Department of Cardiology - received acetylsalicylic acid - Cardiomagnil ® a dose of 75 mg / day; group 2 - Departments of acute coronary syndrome - took acetylsalicylic acid - Acecardol ® - 100 mg once a day in combination with clopidogrel – 75 mg per day; group 3 - patients of the Department of patients with acute disorders of cerebral circulation took Acecardol ® 100 mg once a day. Platelet aggregation activity was studied in all patients after 5 days of regular intake of antiplatelet agents. Platelet aggregation was studied by optical aggregatometry using a laser aggregometer «Biola». As agonists of aggregation were used: ADP (up to 5 mmol/L), epinephrine (10 mg/ml), collagen (1 mg/ml) and ristocetin (ristomycin) (15 mg/ml).\u0000Results and discussion. Insufficient effect on the background of taking antiplatelet agents was observed in 27.2% of cases in patients of group 1 and 8.2% in patients of group 2 (p=0.0034). In patients with acute disorders of cerebral circulation (group 3), the insufficient effect of acetylsalicylic acid was noted in 16.3% of cases, which was significantly less than in group 1 (p=0.026). Patients with acute coronary syndrome receiving double antiplatelet therapy achieved pronounced suppression of aggregation in 54% of cases, which was statistically significantly more than in group 1 - 23.3% (p=0.0004). In patients of group 3, a pronounced antiplatelet effect was observed in 41.2% of cases, which was significantly more than in patients of group 1 (p=0.0054). Thus, the use of acetylsalicylic acid in combination with clopidogrel in patients with acute coronary syndrome provided a more pronounced suppression of platelet aggregation. This is consistent with the data of other researchers who found that in 6% of patients with the use of two antiplatelet agents, the desired result was not obtained [14, 15]. It was noted that in patients with acute cerebrovascular accident who received only acetylsalicylic acid, platelet aggregation decreased to a greater extent than in patients with coronary heart disease (group 1). A strategy for early diagnosis of cardiovascular disease can help reduce the number of complications and deaths in patients. Research by the world's leading scientists is aimed at studying the pathogenetic links underlying the development of heart disease. The study of the molecular signaling pathways responsible for the induction of cardiac hypertrophy is of great clinical interest, and the potential therapeutic use of these molecules could prevent or slow down pathological myocardial remodeling and heart failure leading to cardiomyocyte death or dysfunction. The article discusses the influence of the components of the immune system on the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. The role of GSK-3 kinase, which plays an important role in the regulation of proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, and metabolic processes in the cell, as well as participates in the regulation of various signaling pathways, including Wnt / β-catenin and TGF-β-signaling, has been evaluated. Serum levels of GSK-3α and GSK-3β, as well as pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-10 and TNF-α) were assessed in patients with coronary artery disease (myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris) and relatively healthy persons. The relationship of these indicators with clinical and laboratory data has been analyzed. The results obtained indicate the important role of immune processes in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. The performed combinatorial analysis of glycogen synthase kinase 3, serum cytokines with laboratory data (leukocyte and LDL levels) can help assess the severity of coronary heart disease and can help in determining risk stratification in patients with angina pectoris.

From a practical point of view, comprehensive study of peculiarities of youth political potential is important for assessing their readiness and participation in political life of the country, since today's youth, having come into politics in the near future, will determine vectors of country's development. The research goal is to study the socio-cultural characteristics of political potential of modern youth. The novelty of this work is development of author's structural model of youth political potential and analysis of features of its formation and implementation in youth environment. Value components of youth political potential act as resources and reserves that determine content and nature of young generation participation in political sphere. They shape youth attitude to politics, willingness to be included in political process and political participation of young people. The use of materials from the author's sociological research and secondary analysis of other studies made it possible to analyze political values and orientations, attitudes and interest in politics, opportunities, willingness to participate, and involvement of youth in political life of the country. Research materials indicate a low interest of youth in politics, readiness to participate in political life, which is largely due to redistribution of youth interests towards personal priorities that are relevant for younger generation: family, work, etc. All this requires an appeal to comprehensive analysis of political orientations and features of political participation of modern youth, identifying resources for involving young people in politics through development and implementation of their political potential.

One of the challenges to university teaching during a pandemic is communication with students, including those already studying students. According to the surveys already conducted, both foreign and students of the country of study are stressed by the impossibility of live communication with classmates and professors, therefore it is important to regularly receive objective information about the situation with the coronavirus and the related changes in education. Difficulties for teachers of medical universities, and the Samara State Medical University (SamSMU), including, it is impossible to teach subjects related to medicine, only online. Students worked, and many continue to work in the so-called "red zone" in kovidny hospitals, polyclinics, nurses and brothers, nurses, call centers, hotlines, volunteers, helping the elderly citizens of our Samara region. During this short period, students have accumulated their own professional and civil experience of communication, communication both with sick patients of different ages and their families, and with doctors of clinics and hospitals, with representatives of other professions, just with the citizens of the region. In this difficult period, not only doctors, but also medical students, including those of the pediatric institute, who are discussed in our scientific work, were at the forefront. This study is devoted to assessing the medico-social and humanitarian role of 6-year students of the pediatric institute in the development of communications in the "patient-family-medical worker-society" system during the pandemic in 2020. The data were revealed that characterize the attitude of students to the profession of a doctor, as well as the activity of a medical student in a covid time. Using the "Autodock 4.2" software environment, flexible receptor-directed molecular biological docking was carried out in virtual reality, which makes it possible to most accurately predict the formation of a complex between a molecular structure and a biological target in real conditions of a specific biological system. For molecular docking, three-dimensional structures of the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR, PDB ID: 1M17, 4KN2) from the open electronic library Protein Data Bank (USA) were used. The ligands were prepared using the MGL Tools 1.5.6 software environment, and their optimization was performed using the Avogadro software (USA). The molecule of the compound, an analogue of pyridine nucleoside, was synthesized in the Department of Chemistry, Technology of Synthetic Medicines and Analytical Control of All-Union Research Center for Biological Active Compounds Safety (Russia). As a result of the experiments, it was found that the LHT-13-19 molecule forms a conformational intermolecular interaction with the active centers 1M17, 4KN2 of the epidemic growth factor EGFR. The affinity is based on the formation of hydrogen and electron-acceptor bonds, characterized by high values of the scoring function and free energy value. Moreover, in terms of the strength of the affinity, the LHT-13-19 substance is not inferior to the reference molecule erlotinib.

Side effects in the form of anemia, thrombocytopenia, bleeding, etc. often develop during cytostatic therapy, which is the main method of treatment and prevention of further development of the oncological process. In this regard, the problem of reducing side metabolic disorders remains relevant and creates a search field for the use of drugs aimed at stabilizing functions, both at the cellular and organ levels.\u0000The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of cytostatic drugs on thrombocytopoiesis in rats with WALKER-256 carcinoma. The study included 60 rats, which, depending on the type of treatment, were divided into 5 groups. A week after the start of chemotherapy, the greatest increase in the number of platelets was in the presence of liposomal ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate. We recorded that the myeloprotective effect was 1/3 better in liposomal ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate compared to its non-liposomal form. Therefore, individuals those receiving cytostatic drugs in the treatment of breast cancer need protection from myelopoiesis. In the studies carried out by us, it was shown that oxidative stress occurred in animals against the background of treatment with cytostatics. It was its rapid development that caused damage to the platelet cell membranes. In this regard, we have proposed a drug with a pronounced antioxidant efficacy. The introduction of an antioxidant into the generally accepted standard treatment of a tumor process has made it possible to experimentally select methods for delivering the drug to the targets of damage using liposomal forms. The population of young healthy ethnic Russians aged 18-22 years, from the moment of birth, living in the territory of the Arkhangelsk region was examined. Genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction, and the level of EDN1 was determined by enzyme immunoassay. In the course of the study, it was found that individuals with the GG genotype make up 63%, heterozygotes GT-31%, homozygotes for the mutant allele T-6%. The concentration of endothelin-1, one of the main factors affecting the normal functioning of the endothelium and whose role in the development of cardiovascular pathology has been proven by numerous studies, was 0.45 fmol / ml in the group with the GG genotype, and in the group of carriers of the mutant allele (GT+TT), was significantly higher by 27.4% (p=0.04). When analyzing the main indicators of peripheral hemodynamics in individuals with different genotypes, no statistically significant differences were found, but an increase in all indicators was observed when carrying the T allele. It can be assumed that individuals with the GT and TT genotypes are at risk of developing cardiovascular pathology. In addition, 23.6% of the young population had a hypertonic reaction to the load. To assess the occurrence of species containing an antibacterial compound of a certain group in a set of species containing an antibacterial compound of another group (in comparison with the species of the flora of the Russian Federation outside this set), the student’s mathematical and statistical criterion was used. It is shown that in 12 combinations of groups ("terpenoids-phenols", "terpenoids-flavonoids", "terpenoids-quinones", "terpenoids-coumarins", "phenols-flavonoids". "Phenols-quinones", "phenols-coumarins", "flavonoids-coumarins", "flavonoids-iridoids", "flavonoids-xanthones", "lactones-coumarins") the occurrence of species containing an antibacterial compound related to one element of the combination is significantly increased in the set of species containing an antibacterial compound related to another element. It is noted that these statistical relationships are created by species belonging to 19 families of the flora of the Russian Federation (Iridaceae, Ranunculaceae, Chenopodyaceae, Ericaceae, Pyrolaceae, Salicaceae, Brassicaceae, Moraceae, Crassulaceae, Rosaceae, Fabaceae, Apiaceae, Valerianaceae,Viburnaceae,Rubiacae,Gentianaceae, Scrophulariaceae, Lamiaceae, Asteracaeae).
