Materials and methods. The sociological method is a survey (questioning, interviewing) and direct observation of hippotherapy classes. The survey was conducted separately among family members of mentally retarded children (12 people) and their coaches (5 people) in order to compare the results obtained. The average age of children whose relatives and coaches participated in the survey and interviewing was 8 years. Results. To assess the impact of hippotherapy on children with mental retardation, a generalized criterion was proposed, for which a comparative analysis of the impact of hippotherapy was conducted based on a survey of family members and coaches of children engaged in hippotherapy. A comparative analysis of the assessment of the impact of hippotherapy showed the greatest positive effect of classes in the development of large motor skills-83% (75%) and communication - 67% (58%). Less noticeable results were noted in the field of speech improvement – 50% (25%) and learning ability – 25% (33%). During the observation, it was noted: the formation of skills of managing their own body in children is facilitated by the complexity of riding, the need to find balance; the features of classes provide conditions for learning children, stimulate their speech, reduce behavioral problems, have a positive impact on the psycho-emotional sphere, promote social adaptation. Conclusion: based on the studied experience in the use of hippotherapy and on the conducted analysis, the positive effect of hippotherapy on children with developmental disabilities (mental retardation) is justified, the effectiveness of such classes and the positive effect of hippotherapy as an additional method of rehabilitation are proved.

The studies were performed on 30 white laboratory rats, in which epilepsy was modeled by intraperitoneal administration of pilocarpine hydrochloride at a dose of 320 mg/kg. Within 4 weeks after the formation of epilepsy rats were got intragastrically LHT-31, LHT-318 and Carbamazepine at doses of 2.5% and 5% of the LD50 determined for rats with this route of administration. Carbamazepine was used as the reference drug. The frequency, duration and severity of seizures were assessed using the Krushinsky scale. Morphological studies of the brain in the hippocampus and dentate sulcus were profiled by Nissl staining using 0.4% cresyl violet. The results were evaluated using an Olympus Bx50 digital microscope, x400 magnification over an area of 1000 µm2. The zinc salt of 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid LHT-318 exhibited anticonvulsant properties: it reduced the severity of acute convulsive paroxysm, prevented the formation of spontaneous convulsive activity, and was comparable in activity to the reference drug carbamazepine. LHT-317 did not demonstrate antiepileptic activity in this model. Compounds LHT-317 and LHT-318 at course administration prevented the depth of morphological changes characteristic of pilocarpine epileptogenesis, while it should be emphasized that complete prevention of morphological disorders is not observed in any case. Thus, based on the study, we can conclude that the zinc cyclic salt of 2-aminoethanesulfonic acid can be considered as a potential drug for the treatment of epilepsy.

White laboratory mice were used to determine acute toxicity with intravenous and subcutaneous administration of a 2% aqueous solution of LHT-15-32. In rats with experimental periodontitis, the threshold of pain sensitivity of the second upper molar was determined. The activity of oxidative stress and total antioxidant activity was determined in the mucous membrane of the gums of rats by the method of induced chemiluminescence. Local changes in periodontal tissues were assessed by quantitative enzyme immunoassay.\u0000The acute toxicity of the pharmaceutical composition when administered intravenously and subcutaneously was lower than that of the dimethylacetamide derivative with succinic acid LHT-600. LHT-15-13, when administered infraorbitally, caused deep anesthesia that lasted more than 70 minutes, activated the local antioxidant defense system and reduced the level of IL-1β in the gum tissue, caused tissue repair around the impacted upper molar in rats five days after injection. Thus, the pharmaceutical composition can be considered as an effective and safe agent for pain relief of the upper molars in periodontitis.

COPD is a heterogeneous disease, the variability and diversity of which depends on a combination of genetics and risk factors. At present, during the period of the deciphered human genome, an earlier assessment of the prognostic risk of the development of cochlea in young people is needed to understand the possibilities of establishing reversible lung lesions.\u0000Aim as a part of preventive phenotyping in young people; substantiate the importance of a comparative risk-oriented complex epigenetic and genetic assessment of the lung health status for predictive assessment of the risk of developing COPD. \u0000Materials and methods. In this cohort study, 293 young people (11-23 years old) took part, including 142 male and 151 female, who were divided into four groups. 1st group - 132 conditionally healthy non-smokers (51 male and 81 female), 2nd - 54 conditionally healthy smokers (39 male and 15 female), 3rd - 86 non-smokers, with chronic lung diseases (52 persons – chronical tracheobronchitis; 43 persons – bronchial asthma), 4th - 21 smokers with chronic lung diseases (HRTB - 12 persons, BA - 9 persons). To assess the differences in epigenetic and genetic criteria, methods such as spirometry, gas analysis, electronic auscultation, digital acoustic analysis of respiratory work, analysis of gene polymorphisms for the alpha1-antitrypsin-SERPINA-1 complex in venous blood serum were used. We have developed a computer program, taking into account the risk factors for the prognostic development of COPD in a cohort of smoking and non-smoking young people aged 11-23 years with or without a diagnosis of chronic lung disease.\u0000Results. Among the most reliable, informative, sensitive and specific phenotyping indicators in assessing the prognostic degree of COPD risk in adolescents: cough, sputum production, ARI frequency per year, smoking index, electronic auscultation data, FEV1%, FVC%, FEV1 / FVC%, CO, O2, AAT, SERPINA. These criteria made up the characteristics of risk phenotypes, which allows the subjects to be graded according to groups (phenotypes) of the prognostic risk of COPD - low, moderate, high or extremely high, depending on the scale of criterion values. In young people in the context of predictive preventive personalized medicine. This made it possible to draw up an algorithm for assessing risk groups and a computer program based on this algorithm, which makes it possible to determine the phenotypes of COPD risk in young people.\u0000Conclusion: Starting from adolescence, it is possible to record the initial functional disorders of the respiratory status in combination with genetic polymorphisms, which confirms the need for preventive screening for the primary identification of risk groups and the formation of preventive programs in young people. Every year various conferences are held around the world to find out how the economy can develop in harmony with environmental security and stability. Therefore, there is the term sustainable development, which implies development that organically links the satisfaction of the material needs of the current generation of the inhabitants of the Earth with the preservation of the environment, its fossils and living resources, in such a way as to ensure the maximum potential for growth and future generations of the inhabitants of the planet. \u0000 The problems of growing pollution, the unsustainable use of scarce natural resources, and increasing people's awareness of the importance of environmental security and its sustainability have influenced the emergence of political ecology. This branch of science (which lies between ecology and politics), this science should influence economic models, including environmental issues, rational resources, consumption issues and waste disposal.\u0000 Another very young discipline that deals with the efficient use of scarce resources is the circular economy. Here, too, there is a trade-off between sustainable use of natural resources and economic growth and job creation. The circular economy is emerging in various areas of research. Today, governments of various countries, companies and individuals are increasingly aware that the use of technology and the growth of economic potential should not adversely affect the environment. Since the governments of many countries (mostly developed) have shown an increasing interest in the environmental situation, we began to meet more terms dedicated to the preservation of the environment. \u0000 As a result of this policy, we often encounter terminology such as: sustainable development, global environmental trends, green economy, ecotourism, environmental protection, regional issues, technological impact on the environment, eco-political issues, social responsibility, corporate responsibility

Currently, great advances have been made in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), including the use of monoclonal antibodies (MA). The aim of this article is to evaluate the most rational method of clinical and economic evaluation of the use of MA in children with primary ALL in comparison with the standard therapy from the perspective of the public health system of the Russian Federation. Data from the TOWER and INO-VATE-ALL studies were used for clinical and economic evaluation of the efficacy of MA in the treatment of ALL. Complete response or complete response with partial or incomplete hematological remission were used as endpoints. Partitioned survival model B-GEM (transitional model for chronic conditions), which used 3 transitional states to which the patient progressed from the initial state (first 12 weeks, according to the TOWER study): response, refractory/relapsed, death was used for the analysis. Taking into account the described required adjustments, this clinical and economic analysis of the use of MA in the therapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in pediatric patients from the perspective of organization of medical care for children in the Russian Federation can be conducted using the B-GEM model after making the required changes in the presented model, considering the urgency of the problem and the absence of similar studies in pediatric patients in global practice.

We conducted a survey of the population to obtain the necessary information, which is of interest not only to orthodontists, but also other specialties in dentistry. We administered a survey to 850 patients. Each questionnaire contained 10 questions about the organization of dental care and the prevention of dentoalveolar pathologies. The purpose of the survey was to find out who needs orthodontic treatment of orthodontic anomalies, as well as how to pay for treatment. The results of the survey, we found significant reasons for the spread of anomalies in the maxillofacial system. This study showed the effectiveness of our questionnaire demand scheme. Those who need orthodontic treatment: children from 7 to 14 years old are 68.9%, and from 15 to 25 years old are 31.1% in total. Of these, 30.6% were males and 69.4% were females. Schoolchildren 70%, university students 16.2%, employees 13.8%. The survey revealed the following type of payment: through MHIF - 55%; installments for the entire period of treatment would suit 39%, inclined to pay the entire amount ready to only 6%. Our analysis showed the reasons for the appeal of citizens to dental clinics for medical help were: referral of a pediatrician - 12%, dental disease - 36.2%, diseases of the oral mucosa - 9.1%, otolaryngologist - 12.6%, parents' initiative - 30.1%. The study revealed that a large number of respondents in the regions turned to a dentist of a therapeutic specialty as well as an orthodontist according to their desire. The age of the vast majority of children and adolescents who applied was 8-14 years old. Doctors of other specialties do not always pay attention to the presence of dentoalveolar deviations and do not refer to the orthodontist. Meanwhile, it is at an early age that by eliminating harmful floods, normalizing nasal (basic) breathing, normalizing food, and teaching oral hygiene, it is possible to prevent the development of caries and dental anomalies in children or significantly reduce their level.\u0000 Therefore, the results of our study are published in the results of the article.

The majority clarifies the information received from the doctor, however, men and women of the older age group (60 years and older) are the least likely to clarify information from the doctor (45 and 57 out of 100 men and women surveyed, respectively). Women are more likely than men to bring information about the course of treatment to the doctor (33 versus 26 out of 100 women and men surveyed, respectively). The least disciplined male patients are in the oldest age group. Among women, the proportion of those who do not inform the doctor increases with age. Existing studies show that depersonalized bottles reduce the attractiveness of alcohol brands and contribute to focusing attention on warning labels. At the moment, there is a project to introduce a standardized design of alcoholic beverages in Russia, but the presence of favorable conditions in our country for the emergence of cognitive resistance to social influences of this kind remains unexplored. The authors consider the phenomenon of "cognitive resistance" as blocking by individuals of a certain behavior, which is stimulated by a purposeful external influence on them. The article is devoted to testing the hypothesis that in modern Russia there are favorable conditions that stimulate cognitive resistance to not only manipulative, but also positive social influences, such as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The results of an empirical study are presented, the purpose of which was to test the hypothesis about the presence of such resistance. The method of a survey experiment of the "split poll" type was used. The field work was carried out from July 27 to August 3, 2015 by the Autonomous Non-profit organization "Center for Expert Market Research" in the form of an Internet survey on a sample of adult residents of Russia recruited from an online panel anketer.org. The experiment used the division of the sample into two randomized groups, each with a volume of 500 people. During the mass survey, the experimental group was offered impersonal designs of alcoholic products, and the control group was offered traditional designs. The analysis of the research results confirms the existence of the phenomenon of cognitive resistance in Russian society on the example of the impersonal design of alcoholic beverages. For the simulated case of alcohol bottles, under certain circumstances, this may even lead to a complete lack of effect from an expensive and complex social impact measure. The detected effect may also indicate a reduced demand for state paternalism in the field of personal choice in Russia
