The GPN governs the interconnectivity, interoperability, and integration of the Indonesian payment network. Despite being included in the innovation management stage, the effectiveness of this GPN's implementation was not further evaluated due to its gradual implementation and the COVID-19 pandemic. We use data from the Indonesian card market and macroeconomic indicators from 2013 to 2021and employs a modified ARIMA model. This study is unable to prove empirically that GPN implementation has a significant impact on the growth of the card payment market. The past performance of the card payment market has a statistically significant influence on its future growth. The findings of this study will assist regulators and industry participants in implementing policies and strategies to increase the customer base and effectiveness of Indonesia's card payment business. \u0000Keywords: ARIMAX, card payment; GPN; innovation management; time-series analysis.

This concept works with a stable monetary unit, it does not recognize changes such as the effects of inflation. All transactions that occur are recorded based on historical values or values obtained during transactions and bring the dilemma of relevance to the company's financial statements. For investors and stock traders, additional reports such as General Price Level Accounting are needed to determine their resilience in the face of unpredictable competition and monetary. This concept states that the true value of the Rupiah (IDR) is determined by the goods or services commonly known as purchasing power. During inflation or deflation, the quantity of goods/services can be obtained by changing the nominal value of money constantly, which means that the purchasing power of the rupiah changes. With this additional report, the purpose of the accounting report can be fulfilled, as a competent reference for making the right decisions. \u0000Keywords: Accounting, inflation, financial statements

This article examines effects of volatility spillover in the midst of the COVID-19 also at the early recovery period from the crisis using stock price index data from China, US, and ASEAN: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand. The research was conducted using the BEKK-GARCH model to see the effect ofvolatility between countries. In the correlation test, we found that in the post-crisis period caused by COVID-19, the correlation between the US and ASEAN increased, while against China and ASEAN it decreased, and relations between ASEAN countries also decreased after the crisis period. From the VAR modeling, it was found that the S&P500 during the post-crisis period experienced a decrease in the value of transmission to ASEAN. In contrast to the SSE, which actually experienced an increase in the value of transmission to ASEAN in the post-crisis. In the results of the BEKK-GARCH modeling, it was found that the shocks that occurred in the S&P500 stock market during the pre-crisis period did not affect the volatility of JKSE & SETI returns in the post-crisis period. In contrast to the S&P500 and KLSE, STI, PSEI, where the shocks that occurred during the pre-crisis period, positively affected the post-crisis period. Between SSE and KLSE & PSEI, during the post-crisis period there was an increase, meaning that the shocks that occurred in the SSE stock market during the pre-crisis period positively affected KLSE & PSEI's return volatility in the post-crisis period. In contrast between SSE and JKSE, STI, SETI, the shocks that occurred during the pre-crisis period did not affect the shares of the 3 ASEAN countries during the post-crisis period. \u0000Keywords: BEKK; MGARCH; COVID-19; volatility; spillover; index

This is based on the fact that the creative industry was born from the creativity and abundance of Indonesian human resources. The creative industry is now a very useful sector for the country's economy. This study uses data sources taken from several references and other documents such as laws and regulations, research, and references in the form of journals, textbooks, and various related articles. We focus on three things, namely transition, impairment, and parameters in calculating expected credit loss (ECL). This research uses literature study method. This study aims to discuss the implementation of IFRS 9 or PSAK 71 on financial instruments in Indonesia from various literatures. We conclude that the ECL provisions affect on how financial instruments are valued and how the income statement affects the value of shares. In good economic conditions, the impact of impairment on profit or loss should be less than when it is not, when there is a need to determine the lifetime ECL of a financial instrument rather of only a 12-month ECL due to high credit risk. \u0000Keywords: IFRS 9; PSAK 71; Expected Credit Loss.
