Electric vehicles as a sustainable innovation have the potential to reduce CO2 emissions and fossil fuels consumption, it is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by burning fossil energy. However, the reality is that until 2021 sales of electric vehicles in Indonesia have not reached the desired target. This study identified the factors that influence consumer intentions to adopt electric vehicles in Indonesia using the Combined Theory Acceptance Model-Theory of Planned Behavior (C-TAM-TPB). The result is perceived usefulness does not directly affect the purchase intention of electric vehicles but can affect indirectly together with perceived of ease of use and price value through attitudes. Attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, environmental self-image, price value, and personal innovativeness positively as well as can decrease perceived risk to intention to buy electric vehicle and perceived risks and infrastructure barrier, negatively can affect the intention to buy electric vehicles in Indonesia. \u0000Keywords: electric vehicle; consumer behaviour; Theory Acceptance Model, Theory of Planned Behaviour, purchase intention

Despite the growing importance of international marketing for companies to survive and continue to grow and increase profitability in a rapidly changing environment, researchers are more concerned with issues of domestic knowledge than international marketing. However; several factors (ie economies of scale, competitive strikes, government incentives etc...) lead companies to international markets. In this context, all marketing activities at the domestic level are transformed into international ones. Thus, the concept of the marketing mix has become one of the main focus areas in international marketing research, practice and thought. In this study, we examine the activities of the international marketing mix by conducting a holistic descriptive case study. We found three main findings. First, the price and place elements of the marketing mix are the most customized elements. Second, when product concepts, colors and packaging in the product mix are adjusted, labels and brand names are standardized. Third, the promotion element of the marketing mix is the most standard element. \u0000Keywords: International marketing mix, Adaptation, Standardization, Case studies.

The method used in this study in content analysis. This study found that AAOIFI standards cover almost all of the areas covered under PSAK 111. However, AAOIFI standards are argued to be more holistic, focused and specific compared to PSAK 111. AAOIFI tends to encourage takaful operators to use wakalah model. Pro-forma Statement of policyholders’ surplus and deficit in FAS 12 only recognized the distribution of underwriting surplus to policyholders, while PSAK 111 recognized distribution both to policyholders and takaful operators. PSAK 111 recognized modified wakalah model for takaful operators. Consequently, Pro-forma Income statement in FAS 12 only recognized three sources of revenue of takaful operators. They are investment revenue (from shareholder’s equity), wakalah fee (ujrah) and profit-sharing investment (from policyholder’s fund), while PSAK 111 also included income from distribution of underwriting surplus. \u0000Keywords: Accounting Practices, Takaful Operators, AAOIFI, PSAK 111
