Literature review made by several international journals with high reputations including research from Omar et al. (2021) and Li et al. (2021). This article identifies the variables used to construct a model of consumer behavior towards panic buying. The proposition of this paper conceptualized scarcity positively related to panic buying. The expected finding is a positive relationship between scarcity and affective response to panic buying. This study also explains the dimensions of uncertainty, anxiety, and social influence affect scarcity. This study provides an alternative conceptual model in the field of behavioral science. Researchers hope this research can help concert promoters to design suitable marketing strategies to influence potential consumers. This paper is also expected to contribute theoretically, practically, and possibly can be used for future studies. \u0000Keywords: Scarcity; Affective Response; Panic Buying

A quantitative method study with a total of 200 banking employees as respondents was conducted in Indonesia. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationship between workplace bullying, supervisor support, and turnover intention, with the mediation of work-family conflict. Workplace bullying increased work-family conflict and turnover intention among Indonesian banking employees. However, it was found that supervisor support does not influence the increase in work-family conflict and turnover intention. The research presented in this paper is mainly limited to databases that were searched due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the quantitative articles from the databases, there were few supporting works of literature accessible on workplace bullying in Asia because research on workplace bullying is uncommon. Using the findings of this research, practitioners may become aware of various behavioral and psychological aspects that may influence employee turnover intention and prevent them from occurring within the organization. This paper itself builds on the concept of Yoo and Lee (2018)’s work because of its focus in Asia. The present results of this research also prove that the trust and relationship between supervisor and subordinate can help retain employees, especially those who experience personal problems. \u0000Keywords: Workplace bullying; Supervisor support; Work-family conflict; Turnover intention; Relationships

This study uses qualitative methods with Case Study Analysis that explores a particular case in more depth by collecting various sources of information. The type of data used is primary data, the source of data taken from respondents through data collection techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation. The method of selecting respondents uses purposive sampling with six respondents, including three employees of the Social Service office and three recipients of social assistance in this social assistance program. From the results of interviews with 4 out of 6 respondents, it can be concluded that the existence of this social assistance distribution program can be said to be not fully on target. Global nurses' turnover intention is more than 46 percent, while in Indonesia it ranges from 57.8 to 76.38 percent. A work environment with a low level of employee group cohesiveness and the absence of collective efficacy is believed to have significant contribution to turnover intention. This study explores the mediating role of affiliative group cohesiveness on collective efficacy and turnover intention from the perspective of social exchange theory. Total respondents were 185 nurses from private hospitals in South Sumatra Province. Data estimated using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPls v3.0. Based on the statistical t-test and p-value, the study reveals that a significant positive effect of collective efficacy on affiliative group cohesiveness and a significant negative impact of affiliative group cohesiveness on turnover intention. Collective efficacy has no significant effect on turnover intention. The findings of this study prove that affiliative group cohesiveness mediates collective efficacy and turnover intention. \u0000Keywords; affiliative group cohesiveness; collective efficacy; turnover intention.
