For that, in maintaining a competitive advantage, Kopi Kalong must have a good strategy to survive by having the characteristics that are easily recognized by the public. It is also supported by marketing strategies, services, products, prices, and locations that match the target market with a marketing strategy using digital platforms such as social media Instagram.
