Notably, this study found that children of Moroccan origin were more susceptible to delayed diagnoses. The primary objective of this research was to identify specific tests relevant to various types of reasoning disorders and to establish the correlation between diagnostic assessments for reasoning disorders and academic performance, using quantitative methods. The study employed a non-experimental, correlational research design. Furthermore, the following variables were taken into account: gender, disorders, and success rates. The sample consisted of 621 students from three schools (colleges) under the jurisdiction of the Bouskoura provincial government. Data collection was carried out by completing a questionnaire developed by speech therapists from GEPALM (Study Group on the Psychopathology of Logical-Mathematical Activities) and Cogi'Act (a research group dedicated to promoting speech therapy research). The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results revealed a significant correlation (p-value = 0.013) between tests identifying different types of reasoning disorders and the percentage of academic success. The correlation was found to be of high intensity, accounting for 81.6% of all correlations. Additionally, various types of reasoning disorders exhibited significant correlations with the success rate, indicating a strong negative intensity (r = -0.816). The strength of the correlation varied depending on the specific relationship and the type of reasoning disorder. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the need for further research to fully comprehend the impact of reasoning disorders on academic success. Additionally, it highlights the necessity of effective and tailored educational interventions for each type of reasoning disorder. \u0000 \u0000Received: 16 December 2023 / Accepted: 19 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Implementing a quasi-experimental design, the research engaged a sample of 65 students, all enrolled in the "Play and Child Education" course for the summer term of the 2022-2023 academic year. These participants were arbitrarily allocated into two distinct groups: a control group (n=32), receiving instruction through traditional pedagogical methods, and an experimental group (n=33), experiencing the application of the Jigsaw II strategy. A set of assessments designed to measure thinking skills and cognitive evaluation competencies were administered both prior to and following the intervention for each group. The empirical results gleaned from this study unveil statistically significant disparities at a 0.05 significance level on the cumulative scale in favor of the experimental group. Such findings underscore the efficacy of the Jigsaw II strategy in fostering the development of thinking capabilities and cognitive evaluation competencies amongst female students enrolled in the Child Education specialization at Al-Balqa Applied University, in the context of the "Play and Child Education" course. \u0000 \u0000Received: 9 March 2024 / Accepted: xx April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

In children aged 5-10 years, DCD can significantly impact various aspects of their lives, including academic performance and learning. DCD may be accompanied and connected with difficulties in cognitive skills, resulting in learning challenges, particularly evident in school subjects such as arithmetic, language, or overall literacy, in this way affecting and reducing academic performance and learning outcomes. The instrument used to collect the data of the study was a questionnaire addressed to parents in order to: identify the rate of children with suspect DCD within the age group of 5-10 and see where our country stands in comparison to other studies carried out in other countries; identify the learning difficulties of typically developing children and children with an indication of/ suspect DCD; see any significant differences between typical children and DCD suspect children as related to school settings and learning difficulties. After the statistical processing of the collected and filtered data it is identified that the total percentage of suspect DCD children is 9.3%, ranging from 2.3% - 21.1% at 12 different cities in Albania, and it is slightly higher in boys, 10% in boys vs. 8.6% in girls. Moreover, the results show that 'suspect DCD' children encounter most of the learning difficulties. Whereas, regarding the total number of our subjects we identified that children of this age group tend to take slightly more time to complete school tasks; they do not seem to like changes in daily routine/ environment; they also have difficulty understanding reading passages and tend to respond by repeating questions. \u0000 \u0000Received: 14 February 2024 / Accepted: 24 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The JCM identifies crucial characteristics influencing job satisfaction, emphasizing psychological states, while Herzberg's Theory categorizes factors into hygiene and satisfaction. The study delves into the applications and strengths of each model, offering insights into their effectiveness in diverse organizational contexts. Furthermore, the analysis extends to a detailed examination of various job satisfaction measurement tests, considering factors such as test duration, number of items, and the nature of the measurement. From the concise "VAN" to the detailed "Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) - Long," each test is scrutinized for its unique contributions and limitations. The study provides a nuanced understanding of different approaches to job satisfaction assessment, catering to the varied needs of researchers and practitioners. In the context of the comparative analysis, the paper sheds light on the trade-offs between brevity and depth in measurement processes. Tests like the "Overall Job Satisfaction Scale" and "Global Job Satisfaction Questionnaire" offer quick assessments suitable for an overall evaluation, while the "Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) - Long" allows for a more comprehensive exploration of diverse facets. The findings guide researchers and practitioners in making informed choices based on the specific goals of their studies, ensuring a tailored and effective approach to measuring job satisfaction. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 February 2024 / Accepted: 30 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

This quantitative and explanatory study analyzed resource management in textile microenterprises in Metropolitan Lima, with a sample of 370 participants. The methodology used was non-experimental and cross-sectional, allowing for a detailed analysis of the relationship between business management and sustainable development in this specific context. Two questionnaires of 20 questions each were administered. Both instruments were validated by five experts in the business area. The Aiken's V for the first instrument was 0.83 and for the second instrument was 0.79. Additionally, a pilot test was conducted for instrument reliability, obtaining 0.89 for the first instrument and 0.81 for the second. The results highlight the significant relationship between business management and sustainable development, especially in terms of competitiveness and general management aspects. However, there is a relatively lesser association of eco-efficiency, eco-effectiveness, and continuous improvement in the variability of sustainable development. It is concluded that, while business management is considerably related to sustainable development, aspects such as eco-efficiency and continuous improvement show a less pronounced relationship in sustainable development variability. These findings underscore the importance of sustainability-focused business management to enhance competitiveness and foster equitable and long-term sustainable development. \u0000 \u0000Received: 15 February 2024 / Accepted: 26 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The study aims to determine teachers' perception of entropy in university institutional management. The methodology employed was quantitative, descriptive level, cross-sectional, and non-experimental in design. The population consisted of 300 teachers from various public universities in Lima who voluntarily participated. A key characteristic was that the universities had obtained institutional licensing. The entropy instrument has 2 dimensions: management and metamanagement, with 16 items using a dichotomous scale. It was validated by experts and subjected to a pilot test for reliability, obtaining a KR20 of 0.87. The study results revealed that entropy associated with the licensing process is perceived at high and medium levels, reflecting the persistence of fear, anxiety, uncertainty, and controversy regarding potential loss of autonomy. This autonomy is considered crucial in the university setting as it contributes to the development of critical thinking and professional formation of students. It is concluded that there is an urgent need to adopt a more holistic and reflective approach to address the challenges facing the education system in its constant pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement. This implies avoiding the influence of political control and management in the academic sphere, thus allowing for a more conducive environment for the overall growth and development of higher education. \u0000 \u0000Received: 12 January 2024 / Accepted: 23 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

But the society to be able to last, maintain itself and establish itself as peaceful, it is necessary that there are rights, guarantees and their respect to support it. In particular in our case, civil rights must be the basis of a just and equitable society. For this reason, state, society and rights create an inseparable bond. Social rights are not static but alive, and during human history they have undergone a real metamorphosis. This is because they need to adapt to the evolving context of the rule of law and the welfare state. They need to adapt to economic, cultural, political, technological and environmental transformations. Throughout history, social rights have been progressively recognized and guaranteed to promote well-being and social justice. However, despite their deep roots in human history, social rights are not included in the catalogue of human rights. Hence a strict needs to ensure social rights not only within the constitutional charters of national systems, but above all within the legal framework of the European Union. What is proposed is precisely an analysis of the European panorama in terms of civil rights. A path that exclusively crosses the twenty principles contained in the European Pillar of Civil Rights. \u0000 \u0000Received: 11 January 2024 / Accepted: 19 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

Victims of violence, their descendants, and society as a whole have a legal right, even a moral one, to learn the truth regarding past human violations. International law, through its mechanisms, has made a valuable contribution, not only through shaping the instruments that contribute to the unveiling of the truth about communist crimes but also through fostering progress in the respective jurisdictions. Within the scope of the state's responsibilities in unveiling the truth about communist crimes, Albania has built its model through the adaptation of a series of legal and institutional measures. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Albanian model of truth revelation, focusing especially on the politics of preservation of the archives providing access to them, and protecting historical collective memory. The study supports the hypothesis that transitional justice remains an open process because the relevant mechanisms created to make justice and reveal the truth about the bitter past have produced incomplete and insufficient results. The paper also argues that during these 33 years of democratic developments in Albania, the legal system of information on secret service files has been only recently properly contoured and the challenge remains its implementation in practice, meanwhile, the collective memory as a form of justice for the communist crimes in Albania has not yet served its basic mission. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Received: 17 January 2024 / Accepted: 12 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
