A quasi-experimental approach was employed. A purposive sampling method yielded two groups: a control group of 25 students taught conventionally and an experimental group of 25 students instructed using the PDEODE strategy. The investigative thinking skills test served as the primary research tool. Findings demonstrated statistically significant variances in students' responses on the test, attributable to the teaching methodology. The experimental group showed marked superiority, with a pronounced effect size of 71.3%. This underscores the potency of the PDEODE strategy in fostering investigative cognitive skills in the Scientific Research Methodologies course for the study's participants. \u0000 \u0000Received: 8 November 2023 / Accepted: 30 January 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

The methodology is quantitative, non-experimental and multivariate correlational. The participants were 500 students distributed proportionally in four academic schools: Administration, Accounting, Law and Industrial Engineering, during the academic period 2022-II. The results were obtained by applying the logistic regression model that when analyzing the different factors, it is evident that within the personal factors, age, marital status, having children, and the career they study, are associated with entrepreneurial behavior; from the economic factors, the employment situation, monthly income and having their own home, are also associated with this behavior, and finally from the cultural factors, the idea of entrepreneurship and the sector where they wish to undertake are associated with entrepreneurial behavior as well. From these results, it can be inferred that the majority of students at a Peruvian university have demonstrated entrepreneurial behavior. \u0000 \u0000Received: 8 September 2023 / Accepted: 22 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

For this purpose, a technique based on the sociodemographic study of data from 384 university students was used. Participants completed questionnaires designed to gauge their views on research in various aspects, such as writing scientific papers, being involved in research and being involved in initiatives undertaken by universities to promote research. Trends and correlations among variables were statistically significant. Positive attitudes toward research were more prevalent among women, students from private universities, and those under 30 years old. However, the research acts and parameters of universities were viewed with greater skepticism and ambivalence. It is necessary to adopt specific educational measures to foster a strong research culture, as student attitudes toward research are influenced by a mix of sociodemographic characteristics and academic experiences. \u0000 \u0000Received: 11 November 2023 / Accepted: 24 December 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024

Our primary focus is on how the narrative shifts within Chinese rural cinema have both mirrored and shaped the broader socio-cultural changes accompanying China's urbanization process, thereby influencing the identities of rural inhabitants. To facilitate this exploration, we conduct a comparative analysis of two pivotal films: "Life" (1984) and "Coffee or Tea" (2020). Throughout this study, we pinpoint significant narrative transitions that mark this evolution, such as the shift from individuals "leaving hometowns" to "returning home," providing insight into varying levels of social status among villagers. Additionally, we observe a transformation in character portrayals from "runaway" figures to "new farmers," reflecting changing rural perspectives towards their places of origin. Moreover, there is a notable shift in value orientations from an emphasis on "individual struggle" to a focus on "common prosperity," showcasing the countryside's capacity to integrate new technologies and ideologies. These narrative transformations signal a shift in the urban-rural relationship, progressing from a state of opposition and division to one of integration and reconciliation. Concurrently, the identities of rural inhabitants undergo a transformation, shifting from a self-centered focus to one centered around their hometowns. This study not only offers valuable insights into rural narrative texts within the context of modernity narratives but also provides an in-depth exploration of contemporary Chinese rural cinema as an art form. \u0000 \u0000Received: 26 September 2023 / Accepted: 15 December 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024

Therefore, the objective of our research was to characterize different thesis writing factors in a public university. We used a mixed-methods approach that included a questionnaire and interview questions. The population was 448 students and the final sample included 208 students from the Faculty of Education at a large state university in Peru. For the questionnaire, Cronbach’s Alpha showed a reliability of 0.80. Meanwhile the construct reliability was measured with the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy and was 0.74. Results showed that perceptions about thesis writing factors were medium (40.4%). Regarding personal factors showed a medium level of 44.2%, and students indicated that they had little time to elaborate their theses mostly because of work. Academic factors showed a medium level of 38.9%, and students manifested that they apply what they have learned in research courses, that their one-on-one consulting has been effective, and that they have good knowledge of APA, writing skills and use of Mendeley or Zotero. Finally, institutional factors were medium at 39.3%, and students expressed that although institutional standards do exist for thesis writing, they lack adequate diffusion. Also, students mentioned courses given by the library, among other factors. \u0000 \u0000Received: 8 November 2023 / Accepted: 26 December 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024

Assessing student nurses enables us to detect their perceptions of the style of practical education and its impact on practical learning. This diagnosis informs improvements in student nurses' practical learning. Student nurses' perceptions of the practical teaching method are essential as beneficiaries of this training and as partners in the training program. The aim of our study is to describe and analyze the views of student nurses on the parameters of practical education at the Kenitra nursing institute in Morocco. This study was carried out in accordance with the recommendations of Knox and Mogan's (1985) theoretical model of practical nursing education. The results detected reveal that the parameter of teaching ability is ranked first with a high rating (5,74±1.81), secondly, we find the parameter of nursing competence followed by interpersonal relationship and personality, the parameter of evaluation is underestimated by students with a very low rating (5.35±1.88). The Mann-Whitney test showed that there was a difference in perception of the practical teaching parameters between the two groups of students, but this was statistically insignificant, with p-values greater than 0.05. In order to achieve continuous improvement in the education of student nurses, further in-depth studies must be carried out to complete the diagnosis and plan actions for improvement, with the aim of producing qualified and competent nurses able to deal with the realities of the health system. \u0000 \u0000Received: 21 July 2023 / Accepted: 12 December 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024

In achieving the research objective, structured interviews with key representatives of central and local Vocational Education and Training (VET) institutions are conducted and key policy documents are analyzed. The study discovers that the Validation of Formal, Non-Formal and Informal Learning (VFNIL) system is in progress of development in the VET sector only and is at its infancy stage. Building on the best practices of more developed countries, relevant legal provisions and operational tools for the provision of VNFIL services have been developed and six institutions have been accredited, but the services have not yet been delivered to candidates. The complexity of the accreditation system, rigid and bureaucratic administrative requirements and financial implications associated with the accreditation process of institutions and with the enrolment process of candidates have been identified as the main obstacles for the operational arrangements of an effective VNFIL system. The study contributes to the advancement of the understanding and the significance of validation of skills through the VNFIL services and advocates for the need to establish a robust and sustainable VNFIL system in line with European practices. \u0000 \u0000Received: 13 July 2023 / Accepted: 20 October 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024

Incorporating entrepreneurship into engineering capstone projects helps students understand how their technical skills can be applied in real-world scenarios. It encourages them to develop solutions that are not just academically sound but also practical and marketable. Engineering Capstone’s projects are designed to provide senior students with opportunities to present their own solutions. These are all potential ideas for start-ups, that can stimulate new employment and economic growth. Nowadays the role of entrepreneurship to market economies has significantly increased, since it acts as the wheels of the economic development of the country. So, in this context, entrepreneurship education has emerged out as a demanding subject to be mastered by young graduates. This paper proposes a framework with modules (arranged according to Bloom Taxonomy) to be delivered within two stages aligned with engineering capstone projects’ academic timing. This methodology will boost the interest of the students for individual start-ups and embrace any upcoming opportunities to be successful entrepreneurs. This framework can be implemented in any engineering department. \u0000 \u0000Received: 29 September 2023 / Accepted: 16 December 2023 / Published: 5 January 2024
