This research intends to analyze the various elements that affect customer contentment, concentrating on the impact of demographic characteristics, economic inclinations, and involvement in loyalty programs. Methods: Employing logistic regression analysis, this research analyzes data collected from a diverse customer base across various industries. The study explores the relationship between customer satisfaction (binary dependent variable) and key independent variables, including age, income level, and loyalty program participation. Model validation is conducted through the Hosmer-Lemeshow test, along with the assessment of model fit using Cox & Snell and Nagelkerke R² metrics. Multicollinearity is checked using the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). Results: The logistic regression model reveals that age and income level significantly influence customer satisfaction, with younger customers and individuals with greater income levels being more probable to report satisfaction. Additionally, participation in loyalty programs emerges as a strong predictor of customer satisfaction. The model demonstrates good fit and predictive ability, as indicated by statistical tests and graphical analyses, including an ROC curve and a Predicted Probability Plot. Conclusions: The research offers significant understanding into the determinants of customer satisfaction, highlighting the importance of demographic factors, economic status, and loyalty programs. These findings offer both theoretical contributions to the field of customer satisfaction research and practical implications for business strategies focused on customer engagement and loyalty. \u0000 \u0000Received: 17 November 2023 / Accepted: 17 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

For this purpose, 200 undergraduate theses from professional degrees in Agricultural Sciences from 13 Peruvian universities were chosen at random. A descriptive textual analysis was carried out with the sentiment analysis classification algorithm and the text mining technique was used to discover patterns and trends. The result showed that, in almost all of the theses, the verification of the two most important assumptions of the analysis of variance, normality and homogeneity of variances, were not taken into consideration. Ignoring the importance of assumptions and the significance they have on the validity of research results, forces us to pay attention to the way in which the statistical methodology of experimental designs is being carried out in undergraduate theses. \u0000 \u0000Received: 20 December 2023 / Accepted: 26 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

This portfolio includes a teacher's skills, experiences, and achievements and can be used for professional growth, evaluation, and job search. Recognizing the importance of pre-service teachers' experiences of the portfolio, this study aims to understand the effectiveness of online teaching portfolios (e-portfolios) for Korean pre-service teachers. This study implemented mixed methods during the 2022 academic year, including an exit survey (n=62) and individual interviews (n=4). Study results indicated that the Korean pre-service teachers showed a positive learning experience because they could think about the connections between theory and practice while making the e-portfolio. In addition, making an e-portfolio could positively enhance the PSTs' technology integration ability in lesson planning and evaluations. Also, Korean pre-service teachers self-evaluated that they gained greater confidence in learning new technology applications in their lessons. Based on these results, several implications are discussed regarding the effective usage of online teaching portfolios for teacher preparation programs. \u0000 \u0000Received: 11 September 2023 / Accepted: 19 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

To develop these children’s skills and enhance their independence, this study aimed to develop the IS of children with moderate DS through a training program based on virtual reality (VR). The study sample consisted of 18 male students with DS at the “Obour Day Care” Center in Al-Ahsa, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their ages ranged from 8–12 years (mean age = 9.45, standard deviation ± 1.47). The study took a quasi-experimental approach, and the research tools were the Independence Skills Scale (ISS) prepared by Badawi (2018) and a training program developed by the researcher. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the first experimental group (to which the VR program was applied) on the ISS for the pre- and post-measurements in favor of the post-measurement (z = -2.207, p = 0.027). There was also a statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the second experimental group (to which the regular program was applied) on the ISS in the pre- and post-measurements in favor of the post-measurement (z = -2.201, p = 0.028). There was no statistically significant difference between the mean ranks of the control group (which was not exposed to any intervention) on the ISS in the pre- and post-measurements (z = -0.647, p = 0.518). In addition, there were statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the three groups on the ISS in the post-measurement (x2 = 15.284, p < 0.001) in favor of the first experimental group, followed by the second experimental group. Based on the results, it is recommended that a training program based on VR be integrated into various training and educational programs targeting children with moderate DS, in order to enhance their independence and develop their skills. \u0000 \u0000Received: 2 January 2024 / Accepted: 27 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

It relies on the historical descriptive approach and the analytical approach using the content analysis method to measure the extent of this impact by analyzing the dialectic of the relationship between the external variable as an independent variable and the internal variable as a dependent variable within the course of the Arab Spring. This study is conducted in terms of the extent of this impact, positively or negatively, and the processes of democratic transition. It indicates that the course of the "Arab Spring" and the accompanying democratic transformation has resulted in its realistic practical findings in the fall of some Arab regimes and the change of others by renewing their regimes. while others remained self-preserved, not far from the external presence in the Arab political reality, despite the continuity of democratic interactions and transformations in Arab countries, whether radical or reformist. \u0000 \u0000Received: 16 December 2023 / Accepted: 24 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024

Our criminal code provides numerous of offenses with a focus on environmental protection. These criminal acts, regardless of the immediate needs for investigation and prosecution, have been not taken seriously rather in investigation and further in judgment. This is due to various factors, among the most important being the neglect from almost all responsible structures on environment protection. Today, as the consequences of these crimes have taken an unstoppable consequence, the focus of policymakers and legislative body, must turn to environmental protection through various mechanisms, but especially through criminal sanctions. Within this protection, which has already reached the levels of a challenge, there is a need for new legal provisions. In this regard, in this paper, we address shortly the legal regulation and evolution of environmental crimes in Albania, various aspects of the investigation and prosecution of environmental crimes in Albania, referring to statistics, analyzing them and drawing recommendations, which are still valid and more, taking into consideration the initiation of work for drafting the New Penal Code, as well as the practical parallelism between Directive 2008/99/EC on environmental protection through criminal law and Albanian criminal law in environmental protection. \u0000 \u0000Received: 20 December 2023 / Accepted: 29 February 2024 / Published: 5 March 2024
