To address this topic, the present article focused on conducting a systematic review of the scientific literature to examine how resilience stands as a determining factor enabling female entrepreneurs to navigate obstacles and achieve success in their ventures. In line with this objective, a bibliographic methodology was implemented that included synthesizing information from various databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and SciELO. The results reveal a scarcity of publications on this particular topic, thus highlighting the importance of addressing these gaps in the literature. This approach is essential for gaining a more holistic understanding of the relationship between resilience and female entrepreneurship in various contexts. In this sense, the 152 articles analyzed during the research constitute a valuable starting point for future investigations, evidencing the need to delve deeper into the analysis of resilience in the context of female entrepreneurship. Identifying and understanding these gaps in the scientific literature not only enriches the existing knowledge but also guides new research directions that contribute to the advancement and consolidation of this field of study. Consequently, resilience in female entrepreneurship not only acts as a driver for overcoming challenges but also plays a crucial role in building a more equitable and diverse business environment. The scientific evidence found during the systematic literature review is considered an essential component of promoting gender equality and diversity in the business sphere. In the abovementioned review, the relevance of factors such as resilience, self-efficacy, and support networks in the realm of female entrepreneurship is highlighted. These studies provide valuable perspectives that not only enrich existing knowledge but can also guide the development of policies and practices aimed at creating a more inclusive and equitable environment for female entrepreneurs. The interconnection between these elements underscores the importance of considering not only individual resilience but also the impact of external factors and support in fostering a more favorable business ecosystem for women. \u0000 \u0000Received: 17 January 2024 / Accepted: 8 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative with a sample of 154 students. Data collection methods using written tests, questionnaires and bibliometric extraction through the Scopus database with 25 received documents. The study showed that students in general have the ability to think critically in physics, since most of them have critical thinking skills according to low criteria. When viewed by indicators, the average score is the highest in the indicator "Evaluating", and the lowest average score is according to the indicator "Synthesis". There are some gifted students who demonstrate higher critical thinking. In addition, the value of women's critical thinking abilities is higher than that of men and there are significant differences. Research on the POPBL model, designed to improve critical thinking skills in the field of learning physics, is very potential, since it is characterized by great novelty and originality. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 February 2024 / Accepted: 26 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between violence in relationships and academic emotional exhaustion in students of a private university in Metropolitan Lima. Methodology: it was quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 203 students from a private university in Lima – Peru, where a simple random probability sample was used. 2 instruments were used: DVQ-R (5 dimensions, 20 items) and ECE (1 dimension, 10 items), both instruments were validated and reached their respective reliability. Results: they show that there is a positive and moderate correlation (0.462) between both variables. Regarding the dimensions, a low positive correlation was obtained in the first three dimensions (physical, sexual, humiliation) and a moderate positive correlation in the previous two (detachment, coercion). Discussion: violence and academic emotional exhaustion are phenomena that need to be prevented responsibly by the sum of factors that trigger and the potential risk of affecting the dimensions of physical, psychological and emotional character. Therefore, timely psychological interventions in university students are transcendent for the quality of life and their mental health. \u0000 \u0000Received: 11 September 2023 / Accepted: 21 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

S. Eliot.), also took place in Albanian spaces, within our political, social and cultural circumstances. Dressed in symbols and metaphors, dark and full of contrasts, as an inner expression of the poet, it comes as an opposition to ideologized and politicized literature, as well as to dictatorial power. Hermetic poetry, as we see the poetry of Italian and other authors, which was created in the circumstances of the dictatorial time all over Europe, is dark and closed poetry, based on symbolic language with suggestive and semiotic power, with a complexity in poetic articulation, which brings difficulty in interpretation. The hermetic poets, avoiding the regimes of the Nazi-fascist time, withdraw into themselves and avoid open communication to bring the inner world of creators who put art first, through which they come out against the systems and propaganda of the reality that surrounds them. Along these lines, this poem, which in most cases expresses loneliness, pain and despair, as experiences of wars, losses, feelings and human situations, appears reflexive (of internal reflection), but also a poem of contemplation, emotion and of deep thought. The Albanian researcher, Leka Ndoja, considers that hermetic poetry comes to life or is understood from its reading and interpretation, since it does not communicate directly with the signified. The signifiers of the hermetic poetry are revealed by the interpretations of the poetry within the mysticism of the subtlety of the message. Our authors were also inspired by this poem to hide the message as a new poetic strategy (Ndoja 2012, 5). When it comes to our Albanian poetry, the researcher from Kosovo, Basri Çapriqi, mainly considers the poetry of the 70s as such, as he says in his press release "Poetry of the 70s-Non-communication as communication", at the Academy Conference of Sciences and Arts, with the title "Streams of contemporary Albanian literature". That poem comes with a low level of communication, without transparency of messages and as such is not easily understood by readers. \u0000 \u0000Received: 7 February 2024 / Accepted: 25 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

For this, it is indispensable not only to change the teaching and learning process, because this is always necessary, but above all, the transformation and modernization of the digital material base, the widest possible use of digital platforms, digital classrooms, digital laboratories, and many other elements are required. In this paper we try to identify and analyze the elements of University 4.0 in Albania. The results of a research that includes a representative sample of more than 40% of accredited Albanian PU (Private Universities) until 2022 are presented at the end of the paper. They are interviewed to document their perception of the University 4.0 elements in their institutions. After this, with a structured survey according to the relevant areas of digitization identified in the EU “Next generation” program for education, indicators were built that evidence the elements of university 4.0. in these same institutions. The presented data allow us to offer some initial reflections on the scale of the digital transition of Albanian Universities and the acceleration of this process in the field of education and secondary education. \u0000 \u0000Received: 25 January 2024 / Accepted: 26 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

With the fall of military dictatorships in Latin America in the 1980s, the breakup of the Soviet Union, and the emergence of new states in the 1990s, the concept of Transitional Justice (TJ) saw a significant rise in the late 1980s and early 1990s. This was further propelled by the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989), the prolonged breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1992) as well as the fall of the communist dictatorship in Albania (1990). The emergence of new states and the state-building processes that followed the political and social changes also brought new challenges and conflicts, although they marked the end of significantly repressive political regimes. Considering that the implementation of TJ has undergone several changes over time and is dependent on the different settings in which it was employed, it is necessary to conduct extensive comparative research to determine the extent to which TJ differs in post-communist and post-conflict nations. The study has developed three main hypotheses: (1) The limited achievement of lustration law in Albania has conditioned the current status of transitional justice; (2) The state-building process has contributed to the evolution of Transitional Justice in Kosovo; (3) The power-sharing process as a TJ pillar in North Macedonia has fueled TJ in the country. By utilizing a mixed methods approach, data was collected through elite interviews, conducted in the three countries with 44 representatives from academia, politics, media, and civil society. To conclude, two hypotheses are fully upheld in terms of the limited achievement of lustration law and its implications with the current status of transitional justice in Albania; and the contribution of state-building in Kosovo to the evolution of transitional justice. The third hypothesis related to the power-sharing process in North Macedonia as a fueling mechanism for the evolution of transitional justice is partially upheld. \u0000 \u0000Received: 13 February 2024 / Accepted: 30 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024

The Diagnostics of Mental States of the National Academy of Sciences and the Impact of Event Scale - Revised (IES-R) were used to obtain reliable data on the psycho-physiological state of the individual. A specialized online test for teachers was used to obtain data on the teachers’ competence aimed at determining informational competence, testing to determine the teacher’s subject methodical competence, observation of communicative competence. A formative experiment was planned and conducted. It was established that average indicators of psycho-physiological state prevail among teachers. The positive impact of the developed corrective programme on the teachers’ activity and mood was proved. It was concluded that the change in the psycho-physiological states of “invasion” and “avoidance” significantly depends on current social conditions, in particular, on the stability of the safety component. It was found that the correctional programme levelled the connections between the teachers’ subject methodical competence and the current psycho-physiological state. It was established that the teachers’ communicative competence continues to correlate after the completion of the programme with psycho-physiological comfort and general emotional background. In general, we can talk about the relative effectiveness of the developed corrective programme. The obtained results can be used to optimize programmes of continuous postgraduate education in the context of the development of resistance to the stresses of wartime. The prospects for further research are expanding the arsenal of methods for studying the teachers’ psycho-physiological state and clarifying gender differences in the teachers’ experience of stress. \u0000 \u0000Received: 2 February 2024 / Accepted: 25 April 2024 / Published: 5 May 2024
