The conclusion of the study is that there is no significant relationship between the positive tone of management and corporate innovation, which confirms that in our high-context society, people’s language preference is to say good things and cannot convey true information. The more negative the tone of management, the lower the level of corporate innovation. However, the more positive the net tone of management, the higher the level of corporate innovation, which indicates that the tone information answered by management can convey the level of corporate innovation to a certain extent. Further analysis found that, the higher the quality of accounting information, the more significant the relationship between management tone and corporate innovation. Methods: In the PIVAS infusion configuration, the disposable sterile empty needle was used as the control group, and the peristaltic pump was used as the experimental group. Results: The average preparation time of Aidi Injection, Marsdenia Tenacissima Injection, Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection, Kangai Injection, Levofloxacin Injection, Imipenem and Cilastatin for Injection in the experimental group was 34.21s±, 42.62s±, 13.68s±, 21.82s±, 24.11s±, 21.01s±, which was significantly less than that in the control group (73.62s±, 73.81s±, 24.08s±, 35.02s±, 49.17s±, 27.73s±). Compare different configuration methods before and after using peristaltic pump for 6 kinds of drugs, and there was a significant difference in the time required to complete the infusion preparation (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of the peristaltic pump in the infusion configuration is easy to operate and can shorten the configuration time, which can effectively improve the efficiency of the intravenous drug configuration, ensure the safety of the clinical medication and improve the quality of the pharmaceutical care. With the assistance of Hospital Information System (HIS), this experiment classifies and records the problems existing in the traditional infusion configuration. This system then summarizes, contrasts and analyzes the experimental data, putting forward and implementing improvement measures accordingly. This research obtained 870,000 user comments by crawler on the topic of \"tourism\" from Zhihu, China's largest online Q&A community, and classified 12 first-level topics by exploring the topics in user comments based on LDA model. In addition, this research utilized the SnowNLP model to make emotion analysis on each comment, and compared the trend of users' attention as well as emotion on tourism-related topics in months from 2019 to 2020. It is found that the attention to tourism in online communities has increased due to COVID-19; the fluctuation of attention to each tourism-related topic is closely related to the progress of COVID-19 and the promulgation of related policies. Users' emotion tendency and attention fluctuation in each topic show a high degree of consistency. However, Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in full swing brings numerous opportunities and challenges to China’s international trade, which therefore has impacts on China’s trade costs. Using annual panel data of trade and economy from 1998 to 2016, this paper first measures the bilateral trade costs between China and 128 countries, and then analyzes the impacts of BRI on bilateral trade costs between China and B&R countries. B&R and non- B&R countries get the decreased trade costs together over time. Furthermore, B&R countries possess the smaller trade costs than non-B&R countries with China simultaneously, the bilateral trade costs between China and Southeast Asia are the smallest in B&R region. Strong negative impacts are obvious in the advance of BRI on bilateral trade costs between China and B&R countries, and the level of these impacts is more significant in 2014 than the rest years.
