An Analysis of Enterprise Value Management under the Network Economy Environment

Abstract

With the coming of network economy, under the mechanism of market becoming global competition, the development mode of enterprises should be reformed and restructured according to the requirements of network economic environment. Merger and reorganization become an effective means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The network economic environment makes the value chain model evolve to the network model, and the enterprise reengineering based on value management becomes the inevitable need of enterprise development. From the perspective of value management, this paper studies business process reengineering deeply, which provides methods and means for resource integration of large enterprise groups after reengineering.
