This exploration is an illustrative quantitative study, the methods used in collecting information are interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The consequences of various information are examined using the Force Field Analysis method. The idea of a procedure to increase the number of new students at Muhamamdiayah University Lampung with approaches including: Product (product), Price (price), people (human resources), Place (location/place), Promotion (promotion), Physical Evidance (Physical Facilities), Process (Service) has not run ideally. An improvement technique is needed with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of new students at the Muhammadiyah University of Lampung, providing smooth abilities to students, expanding teaching skills for lecturers, not increasing tuition fees, providing innovative abilities to students. Usually the farmers or the people of Merbau Village, Mataram, pawn their fields because of urgent needs and need immediate funds. This study aims to further examine whether the practice of pawning rice fields that has been carried out by the people of Merbau Village, Mataram, is in accordance with the sharia perspective.The results showed that the Pawning System for Pawning Fields in Merbau Village, Mataram, in general, pawnbrokers (rahin) came to the recipient of the pawn (murtahin) to borrow some money to meet their needs with the rice fields as collateral. The time to return the loan money (debt) is not determined until Rahin is able to pay the debt. As for the deadline for repayment, it is usually determined in an annual form and without a certain time limit. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data, obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. From the results of this study, it can be seen that:1.The management of village funds in empowering the people of Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency starts from activities: in the form of planning a development program that has involved all elements of the community, and prioritizes community participation. 2. Realization of development programs and community empowerment activities originating from village funds in community empowerment in Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency in the form of: Construction of road infrastructure and agricultural infrastructure, carried out by underprivileged and unemployed village community members in Banjar Negeri Village Way Lima Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, both as workers and experts, through the village cash labor-intensive program. 3. Efforts to Overcome Obstacles to the Management of Village Funds in Community Empowerment in Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency, the Banjar Negeri Village Apparatus, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency made adjustments to the program, then when the village funds were disbursed, they immediately started implementing the program. Work ethic and motivation are among the important things that should exist in every employee in every institution. To cultivate a good work ethic and motivation company must be able to give satisfaction to each worker. Worker satisfaction is not only a measure of wage paid, but a comfortable, secure work situation, adequate facilities, even a leader who is a good example is a contentment that can shape a good work ethic and work motivation.In this study researchers conducted research on an education-based and inaccurate institution on the Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung. In this study researchers tested the impact of the work ethic and its motivation on occupational satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung. The method of analysis that researchers use is linear regression analysis using a 20.0 for Windows program.The results of this study suggest that the work ethic and motivation influence employees job satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung by 36.7 %. And each work ethic variable goes up 1% will affect job satisfaction by 0.098. The sukuk-based waqf innovation was launched in early 2017 by the Government in order to maximize the potential of waqf land in Indonesia, it's just that the legal aspects of the sukuk itself are legally still khilafiah. The methodology used is a qualitative research method through literature, with the type of normative juridical research and secondary data sources that are collected by documentary methods and interviews and then analyzed descriptively qualitatively so that the synchronization level and the feasibility of norms are known. The results of this study show that the waqf and sukuk stand from 2 different objectives of the contract, namely the tabarru and tijaroh contracts, which are combined in order to present greater maslahah value. The legal position of this sukuk-based waqf if it is built on a sukuk ijarah agreement which is similar to bai al-wafa according to the number of scholars, is prohibited, except for the Hanafi school of thought that allows it. This is in line with the DSN fatwa on sukuk and Articles 112-113 of KHES regarding bai al-wafa. With the number of BTM KSPPS established in Indonesia, the competition will also be more difficult, so that various strategies are needed to develop and gain members. One strategy that needs to be considered is knowledge and service, because with knowledge and quality service members will be satisfied and will continue to make transactions. This type of research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are members of the KSPPS BMT BiMU Lampung. The sample used is random sampling. The X1 variable of this study is employee knowledge, the X2 variable is employee service and the Y variable is member satisfaction. The results of this research show that there is an increase in the value of the correlation coefficient (Correlations) to 0.284 (positive value and strong relationship category) with a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.049 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the relationship between X1> <X2> <Y is significant (real).
