With the number of BTM KSPPS established in Indonesia, the competition will also be more difficult, so that various strategies are needed to develop and gain members. One strategy that needs to be considered is knowledge and service, because with knowledge and quality service members will be satisfied and will continue to make transactions. This type of research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are members of the KSPPS BMT BiMU Lampung. The sample used is random sampling. The X1 variable of this study is employee knowledge, the X2 variable is employee service and the Y variable is member satisfaction. The results of this research show that there is an increase in the value of the correlation coefficient (Correlations) to 0.284 (positive value and strong relationship category) with a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.049 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the relationship between X1> <X2> <Y is significant (real).
