Sebuah perusahaan dalam menjalankan produksi Tapis tentunya akan menghasilkan limbah dari setiap proses produksinya. Oleh karena itu, sudah menjadi tanggung jawab perusahaan untuk melaksanakan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) karena keberadaannya di tengah lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari usaha Tapis Pesisir terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berada di sekitar wilayah perusahaan tepatnya di desa Pekon Way Sindi, Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data yang digunakan berupa sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data tersebut didapatkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif karena dalam hal ini penulis mendeskripsikan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dijalankan oleh Tapis Pesisir. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang dijalankan oleh Tapis Pesisir merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan sebagai tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap karyawan, masyarakat maupun lingkungan sekitar. Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Tapis Pesisir terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui dua bentuk yaitu CSR sosial dan CSR lingkungan. Mayoritas penduduk Indonesia memeluk agama Islam. Hal tersebut dapat mendorong potensi seluruh kegiatan Islam dalam hal ibadah terutama zakat. Namun hal tersebut masih jauh dari total potensi zakat di Indonesia meski mengalami kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi menghimpun dana zakat yang dilakukan Lembaga Amil Zakat Al Manar Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yaitu peneliti melihat sudut kualitas dari obyek penelitian ini. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan menghimpun dana. Pengumpulan data penelitian, peneliti telah melaksanakan wawancara, observasi maupun pengumpulan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap dalam penelitian ini. Isi pokok pembahasan penelitian ini adalah strategi fundraising penghimpun dana zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat al Manar NTT dengan analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi yang digunakan Lembaga Amil Zakat Al- Manar NTT dalam melakukan fundraising adalah melakukan edukasi zakat, membuat proposal, menyediakan konter zakat, dan melakukan digital fundraising. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT faktor kekuatan yang dimiliki yaitu Legalitas sebagai lembaga amil zakat provinsi, memiliki cabang yang cukup banyak, kompetensi amil dalam menghimpun dana, transparansi program dan laporan keuangan, dan memiliki platform donasi online. Sedangkan sisi kelemahannya yaitu program ciri khas lembaga, pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan, kestabilan capaian, sarana dan prasarana, monitoring kualitas kinerja di kantor layanan dan manajemen database muzakki. Keberlangsungan dan keberadaan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) sangat yang ditentukan dari kepercayaam (trust) masyarakatnya. Dengan demikian membuat lembaga BMT mengupayakan dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas pada layanan dan jasa yang diberikan. Yaitu seperti penggunaan digitalisasi berupa mobile banking. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat juga lembaga BMT yang belum mengembangkan lembaganya yaitu peralihan dari sistem manual ke sistem digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis komparatif mengenai sistem digitalisasi dengan sistem manual pada layanan jasa di Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) di Kota Metro. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang didasarkan atas tujuan penelitian menggunakan sumber data primer dan data skunder. Dalam mendapatkan data yang dihasilkan, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian datadan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa antara BMT yang menggunakan sistem digitalisasi dan sistem manual memiliki persamaan yaitu dalam memberikan layanan jasanya selalu memberikan transparansi kepada anggota BMT tersebut. Sedangkan perbedaan antara BMT yang memberikan layanan jasa menggunakan sistem digital dan sistem manual yaitu, penggunaan sistem digital dirasa lebih efektif dan efesien dalam hal mempermudah pertanggung jawaban pihak BMT dan merupakan bentuk transparansi terhadap anggota serta sebagai bentuk penyesuaian terhadap trend kebutuhan masyarakat. Hal ini dapat mempermudah anggota BMT dalam menunjang berbagai kebutuhan layanan keuangan. This proposition talks about the procedures for distributing motivator assets at strict figures where these assets are obtained from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) and examines government assistance at strict figures that are in accordance with Islam. The fundamental issue in this study is the most common way of allocating driving assets for assertive figures in the Wates sub-region, Lampung Region and whether the motivation reserves that are deployed can work on government assistance to assertive pioneers in that sub-region in context of Islamic viewpoint. The examination strategy in this exploration is subjective with an interesting examination approach. Information sources in this examination consist of essential information sources and selected information sources. The information gathering strategy in this exploration is through perception, meetings and documentation. The author directed interviews to local governments, especially the Lampung Regional Individual Government Assistance Segment and the Wates Regional Social Assistance Segment. The examination methods used are information reduction, information display, and achievement determination. The essence of this research is to find out the top-down approach in dividing motivational assets for certain numbers and to see whether the reserves of encouragement channeled to certain numbers can develop further government assistance in accordance with the Islamic point of view. From the assessment that has been carried out, it appears that the most common way of distributing tight number motivator assets is still not in accordance with the Work Strategy Standards (SOP) for delivering tight number motivator assets in Regional Regulations. The circulation of motivational assets for strict figures cannot still be said to be ideal within the framework of this portion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, 1. Mengetahui pengupahan dengan sistem bagi hasil pada Jasa cukur di kota Lombok, 2. Mengetahui keadilan pendapatan pada karyawan Jasa cukur di Kota Lombok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian study lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, berlokasi di Kota Lombok, lebih tepatnya di Top Jasa cukur dan Ganteng Jasa cukur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait, dan dokumentasi, diolah menggunakan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengupahan dengan sistem bagi hasil pada Jasa cukur di Kota Lombok yaitu dengan menggunakan upah sistem bagi hasil profit sharing dengan persentase 50:50 dan revenue sharing dengan persentase 60:40 berdasarkan akad Mudharabah. The purpose of the study was to determine The Influence of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Civil Service Police Unit of Lampung Province imultaneously and partially. The sample of this research was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Lampung Province totaling 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The research results obtained are 1). Leadership has a direct effect on motivation with the path coefficient value = 0.637. 2). Leadership has a direct effect on performance with a path coefficient value = 0.880. 3). The work environment has a direct effect on motivation with the path coefficient value = 0.180. 4). The work environment has a direct effect on performance with the path coefficient value = 0.213. 5). Motivation has a direct effect on performance with the path coefficient value = 0.075. 6). Leadership indirectly has no significant effect on performance through motivation as an intervening variable, with the path coefficient value = 0.928. 7).
