The purpose of the study was to determine The Influence of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Civil Service Police Unit of Lampung Province imultaneously and partially. The sample of this research was all employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Lampung Province totaling 53 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The research results obtained are 1). Leadership has a direct effect on motivation with the path coefficient value = 0.637. 2). Leadership has a direct effect on performance with a path coefficient value = 0.880. 3). The work environment has a direct effect on motivation with the path coefficient value = 0.180. 4). The work environment has a direct effect on performance with the path coefficient value = 0.213. 5). Motivation has a direct effect on performance with the path coefficient value = 0.075. 6). Leadership indirectly has no significant effect on performance through motivation as an intervening variable, with the path coefficient value = 0.928. 7).
