In this study researchers tested the impact of the work ethic and its motivation on occupational satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung. The method of analysis that researchers use is linear regression analysis using a 20.0 for Windows program.The results of this study suggest that the work ethic and motivation influence employees job satisfaction of Yayasan Daarul Hikmah Rajabasa Lampung by 36.7 %. And each work ethic variable goes up 1% will affect job satisfaction by 0.098. Abstract

Human resources (human resources) good in carrying out their work can be seen from the way they work. Work ethic and motivation are among the important things that should exist in every employee in every institution.
