The patients aged 18–32 were examined. The oral fluid was collected in the morning using sterile vials and then frozen at -20°C. The vials were defrosted for 10 hours at +3°C. All samples were divided into 4 groups: oral fluid before, after, two weeks after and one month after the procedure of teeth whitening. Spectral change in the oral fluid composition after the tooth whitening procedure related to the change in lipid organic composition was detected.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"52 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126102576","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, the intermediate Pd nanolayer 20–30 Å thick between GaP and Au creates specific properties in the nanostructure of Au-Pd-n-GaP that are of significant scientific and practical importance. The results of experimental studies of the photosensitivity of Au-Pd-n-GaP structures in natural and linearly polarized radiation provided important information about the parameters of the potential barrier, the band structure of the semiconductor, etc. These results are in satisfactory agreement with our I-U, C-U, If0~hv experiments.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126809409","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To control this effect, electric field sensors are required. The purpose of the study is to minimize the error of a known sensor and to expand the spatial range of measurements by optimizing its sensitive elements. The constructive and mathematical models of a disk sensor of electric field strength are designed in this work. The methods for calculating electrostatic fields are used to study a single-axis electro-induction disk sensor of radius $R$ with sensitive elements in the form of circles of radius r, and an estimate of the calculation error due to field inhomogeneity is given. It is shown that the maximum of this error, depending on the size of the sensitive elements, can be less than 3% at distances to the field source less than R, which allows us to design qualitatively better sensors used in various measuring systems of wide application","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129347472","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Typically, only considerations of monotonicity and routing complexity define the architecture choice. Herewith, different properties in terms of systematic error compensation are not taken into account. Systematic error compensation is achieved with so-called switching schemes. This research presents results of simulation for unary and binary switching schemes. The results show that the performance of binary switching schemes degrades with resolution increase. Therefore, for static nonlinearity improvement, binary switching schemes can be used instead of unary ones only at low resolutions (4–6 bits). In terms of dynamic performance, a binary switching scheme can provide a more compact layout by cost of a little loss in the dynamic range.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129663212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The 700MHz frequency band has the advantages of low propagation loss, high penetration, and large coverage. It is the golden frequency band for the 5G services development, but it will also work adjacent to DTMB (digital terrestrial multimedia broadcasting) services. In order to protect the existing DTMB services, it is necessary to carry out research on the compatibility between DTMB services and 5G services within this frequency band.
