For its successful measurement, a method based on determining the phase increment can be applied. This method allows measuring the frequency of polyharmonic signals, however, the presence of harmonics, noise and flicker results in an increase of error. The paper is devoted to the application of the least squares technique to approximate the phase change over time to reduce the influence of noise, harmonics and flicker on the frequency measurement error. The application of direct implementation of discrete Fourier transform (DFT) and the Goertzel transducer to obtain the phase values of the measured signal is considered. The influence of the number of approximating samples on the final measurement error for a first-order approximation polynomial is considered. An analytical dependence of the frequency measurement error on the number of approximating points is obtained. The influence of the applied approach on the measurement error caused by the ADC nonlinearity and the quantization error is considered. It is shown that with an increase in the number of approximating samples, the error tends to decrease. The reliability of the obtained expressions was evaluated by using simulation modeling performed in Matlab.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124996757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article discusses five types of passive RC-filters on memristors, namely, first and second order low-pass filters (LPF), first and second order high-pass filters (HPF), and band-pass filters (BPF). Attention is drawn to the fact that a memristor becomes a linear element only when the frequency of the processed signal is higher than a certain value. The obtained results of modeling the total harmonic distortions of the types of filters selected above made it possible to obtain a quantitative estimate of the distortions and give a comparative characteristic of the considered filters based on memristors. It is concluded that the use of memristors in the structure of LPFs is inexpedient. As a result of the simulation, it is shown that the total harmonic distortions of HPF and BPF are in the range of a few percent, which can be acceptable for systems that do not impose high requirements on the errors of the filters included in them.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126727061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The spectra provided by IXS at temperatures far above the transition temperature can be well described by the combination of coupled transverse acoustic and antiferrodistortive “oxygen” modes. Additional contributions from the longitudinal acoustic and some high-energy modes were found. However, this model does not correctly describe the data at 518 K close to the transition temperature Ttr≈513 K, due to the emergence of the additional central peak. The model describing data in the whole temperature range is proposed. Assumptions about the nature of the central peak arising close to transition temperature are made.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123859013","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the classical method of laser correlation spectroscopy gives reliable results only for dilute, non-turbid samples, for turbid media, its modification, the cross-correlation method, is used. The paper describes the principle of operation of the previously developed cross-correlation spectrometer. On the basis of a series of measurements carried out on this spectrometer for various aqueous monodisperse suspensions with particles of known size, the distance was chosen at which the light scattered from the sample should be recorded in order to ensure the maximum signal quality with minimum errors. To demonstrate the results of the device operation, the numerical values of the particle size estimation by the methods of classical laser correlation spectroscopy and cross-correlation are given. The results obtained showed that, first, there is such a distance of scattering registration at which the signal-to-noise ratio of the optical signal has a maximum. Second, as the turbidity of the sample increases, the laser correlation spectroscopy method gives an ever greater underestimation of the calculated particle size, while the cross-correlation method is less sensitive to the concentration of scatterers. To reduce the spread of values obtained by the cross-correlation method, further refinement of the spectrometer is planned.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131407777","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The data obtained are of interest for understanding properties of the near-surface reactor graphite layers during its operation in the RBMK reactor and possible graphite deactivation in dismantling period. For example, gaseous nitrogen diffusion into the near-surface reactor graphite layer with the following neutron irradiation provides significant accumulation of 14C isotope in this layer. Also some graphite surface depot contaminated by some metal atoms may provide extra radiation level. In this view, irradiated reactor graphite blocks containing increased surface concentration of 14C and other isotopes can be specifically treated with “dry” ion-plasma deactivation technology followed by the concentrated extraction of 14C and some gamma-radiating isotopes for their useful application. and for creation of a new generation of materials. Thus, the knowledge of the reactor graphite surface properties ensures basics for the ion-plasma decontamination technology and for the controlled fabrication of new nanomaterials like a beta-active “nano-micro-sandwich” (enriched with radioisotope 14C) for betavoltaic batteries, brachytherapy in the nuclear medicine and isotopes for radiative sterilization.","PeriodicalId":141827,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Photonics (EExPolytech)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129581966","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
