The work of integrated acousto-optic frequency shifter modulator is based on the collinear interaction of optical and acoustic waves in the LiNb03 substrate. The performed analysis of measured data made it possible to obtain additional information on the efficiency of acousto-optic interaction in the modulator and calculate its parameters. Abstract
