{"title":"الانومية التنظيمية وتأثيرها في حدوث الانحراف التنظيمي","authors":"هنداف توفيق, گرین خالد ئاميَدي","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.1.1014","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.1.1014","url":null,"abstract":"تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تقديم مفهوم الأنومية التنظيمية كأحد اهم المشكلات المعاصرة وتأثيرها في حدوث الانحراف التنظيمي كمضلة تندرج تحتها جميع السلوكيات السلبية المدمرة التي من شأنها إلحاق الضرر بالمنظمات، وتم اجراء هذه الدراسة في عدد  من المديريات الحكومية في مدينة زاخو شملت (18) مديرية. ومن أجل الوصول إلى النتائج المتوخاة من الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المتاح في أدبيات الموضوع التي تناولت متغيري الدراسة لكي يتم بناء الإطارين النظري والمنهجي لها. إذ اتجهت الدراسة عبر إطارها العام تحديد مشكلة الدراسة من خلال طرح عدة تساؤلات تتمحور حول طبيعة علاقة الارتباط والتأثير بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل بالانومية التنظيمية والمتغير المعتمد والمتمثل بالانحراف التنظيمي. وصممت استمارة استبانة لجمع بيانات الإطار الميداني، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) عامل في تلك المديريات المدروسة. بينما جرت عمليات التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام البرمجية الإحصائية (SPSS) وتم حساب عدد من المؤشرات الإحصائية والتي شكلت الأساس في عرض ومناقشة نتائج التحليل الميداني. خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات، أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأنومية التنظيمية والانحراف التنظيمي، كما وأن الأنومية التنظيمية بوصفها متغيراً مستقلاً تؤثر معنوياً في الانحراف التنظيمي بوصفه متغيراً معتمداً. تم وضع مجموعة من المقترحات ركزت على ضرورة قيام القيادات الإدارية في المديريات الحكومية بالاطلاع على الواقع العملي الذي يعيشه أفرادهم العاملين ومحاولة الاتصال بهم ومعرفة المشاكل التي يعانون منها عن طريق الاجتماع والتباحث معهم عن المعوقات التي يعانون منها داخل مديرياتهم، ومحاولة إيجاد سبل التي يؤمل أن يستفاد منها المديريات المعنية في مدينة زاخو للتخلص من السلوكيات المدمرة للانحراف التنظيمي فضلا عن طرح بعض العناوين للدراسات المستقبلية التي تخدم الحقل التنظيمي.","PeriodicalId":134960,"journal":{"name":"humanities Journal of University of Zakho","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116969752","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Modality is a linguistic category pertaining to expressing possibility and necessity, among other meanings. The paper’s central problem is that Behdini-Kurdish learners face difficulty in comprehending the notion of modality in English, precisely of modal auxiliary verbs. The primary goals of this investigation are to define epistemic and deontic modalities in the two languages in order to illustrate the similarities and dissimilarities between them. The results reveal that modals in English are predominantly grammatical auxiliaries. In contrast, in Kurdish, they are mainly lexical items, many of which are used to represent a single English modal auxiliary. {"title":"The reality and dimensions of the federal general budget of the Republic of Iraq (2005-2021)","authors":"Khorsheed Mohammed, Ahmed Yassin Al-Saffar","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.1.1051","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.1.1051","url":null,"abstract":"Abstract: \u0000 This study focused on the traditional method adopted by Iraq in preparing the general budget in light of the developments in the volume of resources and spending so that it is not consistent with the accompanying weakness in the volume of amounts spent on investment projects, which can negatively affect future generations and not enable them to continue development , which requires investing the state’s public revenues in investment projects such as infrastructure projects, according to a system that serves most members of society in order to contribute to solving the problems of unemployment and poverty, which ensures a permanent increase in the average per capita income. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the clarity of the imbalance in the structure of the current budget and the failure to reduce class differences to solve the problem of poverty and unemployment, and the study concluded that there is a clear imbalance in the structure of investment expenditures in favor of the industrial sector. To the extractive oil industry sector designated for export, and from the results of the study, it was also found that the traditional budget of Iraq is unable to provide economic efficiency, especially with regard to planning and performance, because it is not focused on goals. The analysis focuses on the main character of this novel Bruno and on his recollection of the memories and mistakes he had committed in the past. A nearly ninety years old man who knows that he is losing his battle against cancer soon, spends most of his days in his room attended by a housekeeper and a nurse. Bruno is often seen drifting into a world of fantasies and illusions contemplating past events and actions among which are two major ones; his infidelity to his wife Janie which might be the reason behind her sickness and death and his tense relationship with his only son Miles caused by a faulty decision Bruno recklessly took once. The analysis, in this piece of research, thoroughly focuses on Bruno’s recollections of these occurrences and his overwhelming sense of regret. In this novel, going into these painful memories is a necessity for Bruno to acquire a new self-realization, to rectify the past mistakes and to redeem himself once and for good before confronting his end.  \u0000The research paper intends to find answers to specific questions such as; what are the main psychological and social reasons behind Bruno’s infidelity? How could he maintain for years two different relationship, a cold one with his wife and an infatuation with Maureen, his mistress? Can faith in God sooth Bruno’s suffering and pacify him? Is it possible to redeem past sins even if it is late, as with the case with Bruno and his son Miles? \u0000The methodological approach of this research is largely based on the socio-psychological studies of Erich Fromm. Those in connection with childhood upbringing, emotional deprivation and the lack of security, the “negative freedom”, and his studies on the “new man” who seeks amendments to his faults. All these socio-psychological ideas are tackled in relation to Bruno’s actions and decisions. Hence, the need for efficient strategic tools and keys capable of not only ensuring efficient use of resources but, also responding to the rapid dynamism of today's environment to gain organizational excellence and to enhance the performance of higher education institutions and their importance as well. The current study examined the direct effect of strategic Behavior (SB) on organizational excellence (OE). The data was gathered from 181 heads of scientific departments from a number of private universities in the Kurdistan region, which were analyzed using the both PLS-SEM version (4.0.7), and the Spss version (26). The results of the analysis showed that strategic Behavior (SB) had significantly related to organizational excellence (OE), the results also present that strategic Behavior has a significant effect on organizational excellence except for the reactor’s Behavior pattern, which had an insignificant effect on organizational excellence. {"title":"The Effect of Applying Picture Exchange Communication System on Autistic Bahdini Children’s Verbal Speech","authors":"S. Children with autism spectrum disorder have difficulty in communicating with the people around them. Moreover, autistic children need a special care and attention to be able to communicate and share their feelings and needs with the normal people around them. To conduct the current study, a sample of ten autistic children from Zakho Autism Centre was chosen with the age varying from 3 to 11 years old. Data were collected from the sample adopted via a pre and post-tests. The, data were analyzed in terms of means via the Software SPSS through paired samples-t test. The study also analyzed the verbal speech difficulties encountered by such children. The results arrived at in this study showed that the program had a positive effect on the autistic children’s verbal speech. Based on that, the scores obtained on the post-test showed a statistically significant difference compared to the pre-test scores. In other words, the program helped the children make a progress in their verbal speech.
