As well as researching the importance and necessity of achieving financial inclusion with the aim of getting rid of the problem of the financial crisis in the region, especially the problem of the salaries of regional government employees. The research relied on the field method for collecting data through statistical analysis and using SPSS23 programs for data on 47 questionnaire forms obtained from the research sample, which is represented in four categories: bank managers, administrative managers, accountants, and IT employees in government and private banks in Dohuk Governorate, in order to test the research hypotheses. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The results that there is a strong impact of application “My Account” project as one of the digital transformation mechanisms in achieving financial inclusion. Accordingly, it can be said that the correct application of “My Account” project will have a positive impact on achieving financial inclusion and thus will be an effective factor in stabilizing the financial situation and resolve the financial crisis. The results also demonstrated that the government financial system in the region is traditional, especially in terms of the financial services provided by the system to employees, and this needs to be developed and transformed into a digital system in response to the global digital environment that achieves financial inclusion. The research presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of application “My Account” project in the correct manner and in proportion to the requirements and needs of the employees and citizens of the regional government and as quickly as possible, with the aim of achieving financial inclusion in general and ending the salary problem in particular. However, they do not have a legal entity that is in charge monitoring its uses. Its extraordinary rise raises critical questions such as, should we regulate it or ban it? Since its purposes have been converted from an anonymous payment system to a tool that is used in illegal actions and undermining financial standards. This paper seeks CC regulation options. Plus, it attempts to lay out the various risks they pose and benefits they bring with the technology they use (blockchain). The objective is to investigate which approach will be more reasonable for the country’s conditions. The regulators will try to convince CC service providers to obey rules and operate under official standards, while banners restrict the new instrument’s integration with the financial system. The study relied on the descriptive approach to achieve its objectives. The recent literature and publications of the most important related bodies around the world were reviewed. Findings reveal that it is too early for CCs to be considered legal tender. Moreover, both approaches could be adopted according to the country’s conditions. Plus, alternatives may have their say. The research community included tenth grade students from literary classes in day high schools for girls. There were (3319) students from the Semel Education Directorate in Semel district for the academic year (2021 – 2022). The sample included (81) students from (Shanaz for girls) and (Kumata for girls) high schools which were selected methodically. The participants for both the experimental and control groups were chosen randomly. The first experimental group consisted of (30) students, while the second experimental group consisted of (30) students from (Kumata high school for girls). On the other hand, the control group consisted of (21) students from (Shanaz high school for girls). The first experimental group used the blended learning strategy and the second experimental used the flipped leaning strategy, and the control group were using the usual method. The researchers prepared (8) daily plans for each method. The achievement test also included (35) ideas of multiple choiceand true and false questions. The validity of the test was extracted, analysis of variance for the test items and the level of difficulty for the test items, the discriminatory power of the test items, the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, the duration of the test, and the stability of the test were calculated according to the equation (Kiodor- Richardson-20) of (0.90).  After a full course, the experiment was completed. The researchers applied the tool, extracted data, and conducted statistical analysis using one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and the Scheffe test. The results indicated that the blended learning strategy was more effective in academic achievement compared to both the flipped learning strategy and the usual method. {"title":"الحس مصدرًا للمعرفة- دراسة نقدية عقلية لتجريبية جون لوك","authors":"علي منذر مصطفى, آماد محمد صالح","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.2.1226","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.2.1226","url":null,"abstract":"يهدف البحث إلى عرض الرؤية التجريبية عند رائد فلسفتها في العصر الحديث الإنكليزي جون لوك، كونه المنظر لها، وكل من جاء بعده إنما هم آخذون منه فلسفته تلك، ولأن الفلسفة التجريبية تعتبر الفلسفة المهيمنة على الساحة الفلسفية والعلمية في العالم الغربي في الوقت الحالي، وتكاد تصبح العدسة الوحيدة التي يرى من خلالها الغرب العالم، وما لهذه الفلسفة من أهمية وتأثير على الرؤية الغائية للإنسان وعلاقته بالعالم سواء في بعده الفيزيقي أو الميتافيزيقي كان لا بد -والحال هذه- من عرض شفاف ومتوازن لأبرز حججها ومحاولة تقديم نقد بنَّاء لها من قِبَل خصومهم العقلانيين، وذلك في نقد عقلي لهذه الفلسفة من وجهة نظرنا، في دراسة تحليلية نقدية، مستعينًا بأدلة عقلية تجريبية، وملزمًا للطرف المقابل القائل بالتجريبية بلازم قوله. وتم التوصل إلى أن الفلسفة التجريبية القائلة بأن المعرفة الحقة إنما هي من خلال التجربة والحواس فحسب تحمل عوامل نقضها داخليًا، كونها لا تستطيع أن تثبت دعواها من خلال التجربة، مما يعني أنها لا تعتبر المصدر الوحيد الموثوق للمعرفة، كما أن جون لوك يؤمن بتجريبية معينة للعقل دور فعال وأساسي في تحديد ملامحها، منكرًا للضرورات العقلية الأولية، ومثبتًا في الوقت نفسه وجود الخالق والشعور بالذات الإنسانية، والتي تعتمد في طيات استدلالها قانون السببية الفطري. بالإضافة إلى أن التجربة معتمدة بالضرورة على استقراء ناقص تقيس الغائب على الشاهد في الحكم، فيمكن -أقلها إمكانًا عقليًا- أن تُرفض كونها مجرد تجربة لم تسنح الفرصة لإيجاد أمثلة مخالفة لها فحسب، وعليه فاليقين الذي ينشده جون لوك ممتنع. والدراسات المسحية الأنثروبولوجية التي أجريت على الأطفال أثبتت أنهم في مراحل مبكرة جدًا يدركون المبادئ الفطرية ووجود كائن أسمى وإن لم تكن هذه المفاهيم محددة لديهم ودون معرفة ماهيتها، فهو إدراك عملي لا نظري.","PeriodicalId":134960,"journal":{"name":"humanities Journal of University of Zakho","volume":"57 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140706770","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Al-Azzawi","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.1.1265","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.1.1265","url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRACT:\u0000Teaching practice holds paramount significance within the domain of teacher education and training, providing student teachers with a tangible opportunity to acquire practical knowledge and firsthand experience in the dynamics of schooling and classroom pedagogy. This study set out to investigate the perceptions of EFL student teachers regarding the school-based teaching practice course in four colleges of education and basic education in Duhok province of the Kurdistan Region-Iraq. A combined qualitative and quantitative methodological approach was used to gather the research data. A paper and online questionnaire provided quantitative data from 132 participants, complemented by conducting semi-structured interviews with 16 student teachers. The results showed that the teaching practice experience was deemed ineffective and inadequate in preparing to become qualified EFL teachers. The results further revealed that the majority of the elements involved in the topic being studied were deemed unsatisfactory and there were multiple areas for improvement in the phenomenon. The implications of these findings extend our understanding of the process and procedures of the teaching practice course in this specific context. The findings presented add to our understanding of the various aspects of the subject. The research has the potential to inform policy decisions and practical interventions, thereby positively influencing the field and leading to tangible improvements. This study holds significant importance as it addresses a critical gap in existing research, shedding light on an area that has thus far been underexplored.  A significant limitation of the current study is its exclusive focus on student teachers as the primary data collection subjects.
