In her poem, Lady Lazarus, she expresses her contempt for the mistreatment she receives from the close male members of her family, her father, and husband. Through the poetic lines in the poem, she illustrates the world that women live within a patriarchal society. This paper justifies her hatred of men that Plath conveys in her poem. Her poetic lines in Lady Lazarus are analyzed to show her inner feelings. The paper also explains Plath’s attitude against this oppression that she suffers from. Karim","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.1.1262","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2024.12.1.1262","url":null,"abstract":"تأثير استخدام برنامج تعلیمی لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقاً للإستجابات السمعية والبصرية في دقة استلام الكرة لبعض انواع المناولات في كرة السلة \u0000الباحث م.د عمر عالي كريم  omar.karim@soran.edu.iq   \u0000ملخص البحث \u0000         ان التطور الحاصل في لعبة كرة السلة جاءت نتيجة الدراسات والبحوث في هذا المجال، واستلام الكرة هي المهارة الوحيدة التي لم يتناولها الباحثون على حد علم الباحث وهي من المهارات الاساسية الهجومية المهمة سواء كان بمفردة عند أستلام الكرة  من قبل اللاعب والاحتفاظ بها  في الخطوة اللاحقة عندما يستخدم اللاعب الكرة للمحاورة او المناولة او التهديف وفكرة استخدام تمرينات سرعة الاستجابة الحركية جاءت لتطوير دقة أستلام الكرة لبعض المناولات في كرة السلة، إذ يهدف البحث الى الكشف عن تأثير البرنامج التعليمي لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقا للإستجابات السمعية والبصرية في دقة استلام الكرة لبعض  من انواع المناولات في كرة السلة .واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته مع طبيعة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من لاعبي منتخب جامعة سوران لكرة السلة والبالغ عددهم (16) لاعباُ تم استبعاد( 4 )لاعبين لغرض التجربة الاستطلاعية ،اما عينة البحث الرئيسة فكانت (12)لاعباً تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين كل مجموعة من (6) لاعبين، استخدمت المجموعة الاولى برنامج  تعليمي لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقاً للاستجابات السمعية والمجموعة التجريبية الثانية استخدمت البرنامج التعليمي لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقاً للإستجابات البصرية ، واستخدم الباحث تقيم فن الاداء المهاري كأداة البحث لقياس استلام الكرة لبعض مناولات كرة السلة ، واستخدم الباحث برنامج (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات الاحصائية . إذ تم توصل الى عدة الاستنتاجات منها:-  \u0000 \u0000اظهرت النتائج بان استخدام البرنامج التعليمي لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقاً للاستجابات السمعية كان له تأثير ايجابي وفعال في دقة استلام الكرة لبعض المناولات (المناولة الصدرية –المناولة المرتدة – المناولة من فوق الرأس) في كرة السلة . \u0000اظهرت النتائج بان استخدام البرنامج التعليمي لسرعة الاستجابة الحركية وفقاً للاستجابات البصرية كان له تأثير ايجابي وفعال في دقة استلام الكرة لبعض المناولات (المناولة الصدرية –المناولة المرتدة – المناولة من فوق الرأس) في كرة السلة . \u0000لم تظهر فروق معنوية في الاختبار البعدي بين المجموعتين التجريبيتين في دقة استلام الكرة لبعض المناولات  (المناولة الصدرية –المناولة المرتدة –المناولة من فوق الرأس) في كرة السلة . \u0000الكلمات المفتاحية : السرعة الاستجابة الحركية –الاستجابات السمعية والبصرية –استلام الكرة –انواع المناولات في كرة السلة .× \u0000 \u0000","PeriodicalId":134960,"journal":{"name":"humanities Journal of University of Zakho","volume":"52 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140250114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Attitudes of Kurdish university students towards the English language, English language education policies, and English language learning purposes","authors":"Sarkawt M. They have a strong desire to learn and speak English. An army of teachers is currently teaching Kurdish speakers to learn English. However, few of them acquire the required level of English when they move from high school level to university one. This might partly be associated with their attitudes towards not only the English language but the English language policies and practices that are currently adopted. Attitudes towards the English language have been extensively investigated both quantitatively and qualitatively in diversified educational and cultural contexts. Furthermore, a few studies have been conducted to investigate the attitudes of Kurdish students towards the English language, but their attitudes to English language education policies and English language learning purposes have yet remained unknown. Therefore, this study is anchored on investigating Kurdish undergraduate students’ attitudes towards the English language, English language education policies that are currently applied in Iraqi Kurdistan, and students’ purposes for learning English. It further concentrates on the effect of such variables as gender and year of study on attitudes. For this purpose, the study utilized a questionnaire consisting of 42 items on a 6-point Likert scale surveyed online on a sample of 154 students belonging to different ages, genders, years of study, and majors. The analysis of the data showed that Kurdish university students held neutral to mildly positive attitudes to the English language and English learning purposes. Nevertheless, they held slightly positive attitudes towards English language education policies. The study concludes that, although fundamental transformations have been achieved in the past two decades, the neutral attitudes show that efforts are yet to be made to satisfy students’ needs and desires, particularly with regard to the policies and practices that are currently adopted. In order to answer these questions, the tax departments were selected as well as a sample of academics specialized in the field of accounting and tax accounting at the University of Sulaymaniyah in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq as a field of study and a source for obtaining the data collected by the questionnaire distributed to a sample of professionals working in the tax departments as well as a sample of Academics specialized in the field of accounting and tax accounting, numbering (127), from which (100) valid forms were retrieved for statistical analysis. The questionnaire was used to collect the required data  to analyze it in order to reach the results of the study in both its theoretical and practical aspects. A hypothetical scheme was formulated that reflects the harmonious relationships and influence between the dimensions of the study, which are (International Accounting Standard 12 (income taxes), financial statements, and tax accounting). objectives and implementation of its plan. The field verification was consistent with the theoretical objective, which proved the existence of relationships between the dimensions studied. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of an impact relationship for International Accounting Standard 12 (income taxes) in activating tax accounting with the presence of financial statements. {"title":"فاعلية أستراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تحصيل طلبة الصف العاشر الاعدادي في مادة الادب الكوردي","authors":"عبد القوی محمد, مولود نبي","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1234","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1234","url":null,"abstract":"       يهدف البحث الحالي الى معرفة فاعلية أستراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تحصيل طلبة الصف العاشر الاعدادي في مادة الأدب الكوردي، اعتمد الباحثان التصميم التجريبي للمجموعات المتكافئة ذي الاختبارات البعدية، اشتمل مجتمع البحث من طلبة الصف العاشر في المدارس الاعدادية و الثانوية للدراسة الصباحية في مديرية تربية فضاء زاخو التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية محافظة دهوك، وتكونت من(2702) طالب و(2909) طالبة، في (23) اعدادية و ثانوية للذكور، و (21) مدرسة للإناث للعام الدراسي (2021-2022)، اختار الباحثان قصديا اعداديتين هما (باتيفا للبنين) و (الشهيد ملا أمين للبنات)، واختارا الشعب بطريقة عشوائية، ففي (اعدادية باتيفا للبنين) تم اختيار شعبة (أ) للمجموعة التجريبية بلغ عدد أفرادها (23) طالباً و شعبة (ب) للمجموعة الضابطة و بلغ عدد أفرادها (22) طالباً، وبنفس الطريقة تم اختيار مجموعات في (اعدادية الشهيد ملا أمين للبنات) حيث تم اختيار شعبة (ج) و بلغ عدد افرادها (27) طالبة، و شعبة (أ) للمجموعة الضابطة وعددها (22) طالبة، تم تدريس مادة الادب الكوردي للمجموعتين التجريبيتين بأستراتيجية التعلم المعكوس، اما المجموعتين الضابطتين فقد تم تدريسهما بالطريقة الاعتيادية. \u0000     اعد الباحثان اختباراً اشتمل (35) فقرة، توزعت على ثلاثة اسئلة، السؤال الاول (20) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد، والسؤال الثاني (4) فقرات من النوع (الصح و الخطأ)، والسؤال الثالث (11) فقرة من النوع المقالي ذات الاجابات المحددة، واستخرجا الخصائص السايكومترية للاختبار. \u0000      و بعد الانتهاء من التجربة، التي استمرت فصلا دراسيا كاملاً، طبق الباحثان الاداة ، وأجريا التعامل الاحصائي مع البيانات باستخدام اختبار(t.test) لعينتين مستقلتين مختلفتين العدد، اظهرت النتائج فاعلية استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في التحصيل لدى طلبة المجموعتين التجريبيتين مقارنة بالمجموعتين الضابطتين.","PeriodicalId":134960,"journal":{"name":"humanities Journal of University of Zakho","volume":"13 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138980886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Spiritual Study on the Concept of Life and Death in the Poetry of Mawlana Jalaluddin Rumi","authors":"A. Abdurrahman, G. Tayeb","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1161","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1161","url":null,"abstract":"One of the universal occurrences, death seems to have inspired great poets and writers in Iranian and international literature. This study examined how Rumi’s poems address one of the most important life facts, which is death. He regarded death as similar to life or subsequent birth, which is unpleasant and bitter, however, it is also something that poets are eager to embrace and relish for its scrumptiousness. The qualitative content analysis method was used to analyze the concept of life and death in Rumi’s poetry. Several poems on life and death were chosen randomly from Rumi’s masterpiece Mathnavi to be analyzed in this study.  Moreover, this study  attempted to express the ideas of life and death through some of his famous poems selected from Rumi’s world-famous pieces of writing. The analysis  showed that Rumi’s concept of death is bent toward Sufism. He considers death as a rebirth and reunion. {"title":"الحماية المدنية للحق في الخصوصية عن استخدام الطائرات المسيرة","authors":"هژار ياسين","doi":"10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1179","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26436/hjuoz.2023.11.4.1179","url":null,"abstract":"لا شك أن التطورات الكبيرة التي تحققت في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة كانت من العوامل التي سهلت الاعتداء على الحياة الخاصة للأفراد عن طريق الطائرات المسيرة، حيث تعد هذه النوع من الطائرات من أهم التقنيات الصاعدة اليوم التي بدأت تجتاح العالم، وتعتبر استخدامها العشوائي وما له من آثار سلبية في الوقت الراهن على نطاق واسع سواء عسكرياً أو مدنیاً أو تجارياً، يثير عدد من الاشكاليات والقضایا القانونیة، سواء تلك المتعلقة بالسلامة الوطنية وحماية الحق في الخصوصية والملاحة الجوية، الأمر الذي دفع الكثير من دول العالم الى ايجاد تنظيم القانوني لأستخدام الطائرات المسيرة بتسجيلها ووضع شروط معينة لترخيصها، وتحديد ضوابط معينة لتشغيلها، ولكن المشرع العراقي والكوردستاني لم يلتفت إلى هذه الظاهرة لحد اللحظة. ويحثنا هذا الامر على التأكيد على ضرورة إيجاد تنظيم قانوني خاص لحماية الحق في الخصوصية والطائرات المسيرة والمسؤولية المدنية الناشئة عنها، مع التركيز على الجانب الوقائي بفرض التزامات على مستخدمي الطائرات المسيرة.","PeriodicalId":134960,"journal":{"name":"humanities Journal of University of Zakho","volume":"3 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138602315","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
