Apart from religious leadership, ulama also have social leadership that is able to control many individuals or groups. This study aims to reveal the form of ulama leadership in South Kalimantan during the Covid-19 conditions. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data is taken from some information posted on trusted websites. The results showed that ulama in South Kalimantan practiced transformational religious leadership in society. Ulama in the context of this research are ulama in South Kalimantan who often get the spotlight from the public. With the interaction of scholars on leadership, the leadership is modeled on religious leadership. Religious leadership offers religious, theological, moral, ethical, and spiritual guidance on most aspects of the daily life of Muslims. \u0000Keywords: leadership, ulama, the covid-19 pandemic. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Ulama merupakan tokoh masyarakat yang memiliki kompetensi beragama tertinggi di dalam masyarakat dan menghantarkan ulama menjadi pemimpin agama. Selain kepemimpinan beragama, ulama juga memiliki kepemimpinan sosial yang mampu mengendalikan banyak individu atau kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bentuk kepemimpinan ulama di Kalimantan Selatan selama kondisi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data penelitian diambil dari beberapa informasi yang dimuat di situs web terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ulama di Kalimantan Selatan mempraktikkan kepemimpinan transformational beragama dalam masyarakat. Ulama dalam konteks penelitian ini adalah ulama di Kalimantan Selatan yang sering mendapat sorotan dari public. Dengan adanya keterlibatan ulama pada kepemimpinan, maka kepemimpinannya bermodel kepemimpinan religius. This regulation was made with the hope of reducing the divorce rate caused by marriage disputes. This article discusses the form of marriage dispute resolution at Manado Religious Court with a focus on one type of dispute resolution, namely mediation. This study uses an empirical juridical approach. The research was conducted at the Manado City Religious Court in 2017 and 2020. The result is that the mediation process has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of PERMA No.1 of 2016. However, there have been many obstacles. Thus, the efforts to reduce the divorce rate due to marriage disputes have not undergone significant changes. \u0000Keywords: mediation; marriage dispute; Manado religious court. \u0000Abstrak: Fenomena sengketa perkawinan yang sering berakhir pada perceraian menjadi perhatian serius dari pemerintah sehingga melahirkan aturan tentang mediasi yaitu Peraturan Mahkamah Agung RI (PERMA) No. 1 Tahun 2016. Aturan ini dibuat dengan harapan menekan angka perceraian yang diakibatkan oleh sengketa perkawinan. Artikel ini membahas mengenai bentuk penyelesaian sengketa perkawinan di Pengadilan Agama Manado dengan fokus pada salah satu jenis penyelesaian sengketa yaitu mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pengadilan Agama Kota Manado pada tahun 2017 dan tahun 2020. Hasilnya adalah proses mediasi sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan PERMA No.1 Tahun 2016. PPL is also a special course for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program students who are given in semester VIII to apply the theories they have acquired during lectures and are part of the curriculum that has become a stipulation for Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Pengembangan Ilmu Alquran (STAI-PIQ), especially in this study are students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at semester VIII of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The population in this study were students of MTsN 8 Agam Bukittinggi in class VII as many as five locales consisting of VII-1, VII-2, VII-3, VII-4, VII-5, totaling 126 students, taken as many as 95 samples. , the sample is taken randomly. The method used is a quantitative method with percentage descriptive analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the perceptions of MTsN 8 Agam students towards the teaching competence of PPL students of the PAI STAI-PIQ West Sumatra Study Program in 2019/2020 are categorized as good with four competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence. One of the four competencies, namely personality competence, is in the very good category. Even so, there are still many competency indicators that have not been mastered by PPL students of PAI STA-PIQ West Sumatra Study Program. \u0000 \u0000Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan bertujuan membentuk mahasiswa menjadi calon tenaga kependidikan yang professional. PPL juga merupakan mata kuliah khusus bagi mahasiswa prodi PAI yang diberikan pada semester VIII untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang telah mereka peroleh selama perkuliahan dan merupakan bagian kurikulum yang sudah menjadi ketetapan bagi STAI-PIQ, yang khususnya dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di semester VIII Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik MTsN 8 Agam Bukittinggi di kelas VII sebanyak lima local yang terdiri dari VII-1, VII-2, VII-3, VII-4, VII-5 yang berjumlah 126 peserta didik, diambil sampel sebanyak 95 orang, sampel diambil secara random. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis secara deskriptif persentase. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah, bahwa persepsi peserta didik MTsN 8 Agam terhadap kompetensi mengajar mahasiswa PPL Prodi PAI STAI-PIQ Sumatera Barat tahun 2019/2020 termasuk dalam ketegori baik dengan empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi pedagogic, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi social, dan kompetensi professional. Satu diantara empat kompetensi yaitu kompetensi kepribadian masuk kategori baik sekali. Thus, this study aims to describe the inculcation of values to students in SMP Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive type of field research, which intends to describe how to instill spiritual values in students. The research subjects were teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, while the data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman model analysis; data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the spiritual values instilled in students were very diverse, ranging from religious values, aesthetic values, moral values, and truth values. The cultivation of these spiritual values is given through the learning process or through various activities and programs at SMP Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta, such as the tahfidz al-Qur'an program, halaqah tarbawiyah, dhuha prayer in congregation, dzuhur prayer in congregation , and Friday prayers in congregation. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Penanaman nilai spiritual adalah hal mendasar dalam membentuk kepribadian manusia agar mampu berprilaku Islami. Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan penanaman nilai terhadap perserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud menggambarkan bagaimana penanaman nilai-nilai spiritual terhadap peserta didik. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru di SMP Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai spiritual yang ditanamkan kepada peserta didik sangatlah beragam mulai dari nilai religius, nilai estetika, nilai moral, dan nilai kebenaran. Education always provides updates and development. As a religion that is very existential among mankind, Islam contributes to education. As an applied science, Islamic education has relations to knowledge and humans. Thus, Islamic Education is one of the scientific disciplines that specifically exist among other scientific disciplines. If Islamic education is a scientific discipline, it must be scientifically academic. Even though it is academic, Islamic education is not subject to modern culture that tends to be anti-religious. Islamic education still prioritizes the al-Qur'an, Sunnah, the opinions of the prophet’s companionships, ulama's, and Muslim scientists as the main sources. This paper aims to describe Islamic education as a scientific discipline. This paper is based on library research whose main source is writings related to Islamic education and scientific disciplines, as well as other relevant writings to be references in this paper. \u0000 \u0000Tulisan ini berawal dari kesadaran bahwa pendidikan merupakan sumber pokok suatu perkembangan. Pendidikan selalu memberikan pembaharuan dan mengalami perkembangan. Sebagai salah satu Agama yang sangat eksistensial pada kalangan umat manusia, Islam memberikan kontribusi dalam hal pendidikan. Sebagai ilmu terapan pendidikan Islam memilki keterikatan antara pengetahuan dengan manusia, sehingga Ilmu Pendidikan Islam sudah tentu sebagai salah satu disiplin keilmuan yang khusus berdiri di antara disiplin keilmuan yang lain. Jika pendidikan Islam sebagai suatu disiplin ilmu maka pendidikan Islam harus bersifat ilmiah akademik, walaupun bersifat akademis pendidikan Islam tidak tunduk kepada budaya modern yang cenderung anti agama. Pendidikan Islam tetap menjadikan al-Qur’an, Sunah, pendapat para sahabat, ulama, dan ilmuan muslim sebagai sumber utama. Sehingga tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang pendidikan Islam sebagai suatu disiplin ilmu. The object of observation is Katoba ritual. In-depth interviews were conducted with informants from the Katoba tradition practitioner which called imamu, academics, researchers, traditional and cultural leaders, educational practitioners, community leaders, and youth leaders. Provision of research data sourced from the results of recording, field notes and documents. This study found that the representation of the values of Islamic education in the katoba tradition of Munanese community consists of the value of aqidah education, the value of religious education, and the value of moral education. \u0000 \u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan representasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam tradisi Katoba pada masyarakat etnis Muna. Objek pengamatan adalah pelaksanaan ritual Katoba. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan informan pengamal tradisi katoba yang disebut imamu, akademisi, peneliti, tokoh adat dan budaya, praktisi pendidikan, tokoh masyarakat, dan tokoh pemuda. Penyediaan data penelitian bersumber dari hasil pencatatan, catatan lapangan dan dokumen. The research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects are 20 students of class VIII MTs Laboratorium Jambi. The data technique was carried out through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a proportion formula. The results of the study are obtained from the teacher activity observation sheet in cycle 1 with an average proportion formula of 80.76% and in cycle II an increase in the average proportion value of 92.30% (very good) and the results of processing student motivation questionnaire data. in the subject of Islamic cultural history (SKI) using visual media in the first cycle, it reached 87% and in the second cycle increased 96.5% including in the very high category. Thus, the use of visual media can increase student motivation at MTs Laboratorium Jambi. \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggunaan media visual dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa MTs Laboratorium Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Laboratorium Jambi sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktifitas guru pada siklus 1 dengan rumus persentase rata-rata 80,76%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai persentase rata-rata 92,30% (sangat baik) dan hasil dari pengolahan data angket motivasi siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dengan menggunakan media visual pada siklus I mencapai 87% dan pada siklus II meningkat meningkat 96,5% termasuk dalam katagori sangat tinggi. This paper examines the nature of superior schools and quality assurance management of superior schools, which consists of: (1) a harmonious school atmospehre, (2) management based on supervision (control management), (3) determination to improvesustainable quality, (4) the school work reference is productivity (efficient and effective), and (5) tough leadership. Excellent schools are another version of excellent students. In this point, the \"student enhancement process\" becomes the main goal in achieving quality output. This follows a \"System Theory\" in Excellent Schools expressed by J. Alan Thomas that negative / bad input, if the enhancement process + (positive), it will result in almost + (excellent) output. The process of enhancement input in superior schools is: (1) the ability of professional teachers consisting of professional competence, competence in learning, mentoring, communication with students and in evaluating, (2) the curriculum uses a differentiation curriculum and links subject matter with modern inventions in accordance with current technological developments, (3) extracurricular programs and (4) collaborative networks with educational institutions. \u0000 \u0000Salah satu tema utama dalam pembahasan tentang sekolah unggulan adalah mengenai “proses pengunggulan siswa” dan manajemen penjaminan mutu sekolah unggulan. Makalah ini mengkaji tentang hakikat sekolah unggulan dan manajemen penjaminan mutu sekolah unggulan yang terdiri dari: (1) iklim sekolah yang harmonis, (2) manajemen yang berbasis pengawasan (control management), (3) tekad untuk meningkatkan mutu secara terus menerus (sustainability), (4) acuan kerja sekolah adalah produktivitas (efficient dan effektive), dan (5) kepemimpinan yang kuat (leadership). Sekolah unggulan merupakan versi lain dari pengunggulan siswa. Disini, “proses pengunggulan siswa” itu yang menjadi sasaran utama dalam mencapai output yang berkualitas. Hal ini mengikuti sebuah “Teori Sistem” dalam Sekolah Unggulan yang diungkapkan oleh J. Alan Thomas bahwa input yang negatif/ buruk, apabila Proses pengunggulannya + (positif) maka akan menghasilkan output yang cencerung + (Unggul). This research is a descriptive quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis method which is conducted at Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Jambi City using the form of field studies (Field Study). The instrument in this study is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the customer's decision to save has a significant effect on products, services and promotions simultaneously. Then about how the product, service and promotion simultaneously influence the customer's decision to save at BMI. That the factors that influence customer interest in saving include customer knowledge about the products in the Muamalat bank itself and the price and place promotions. Not only that, the marketing performance of the marketing work mechanism in promoting product funding to customers by studying customer profiles before creating an account at BMI. Besides, service to customers is very supportive for promotion in influencing customer decisions to save. \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, pelayanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di bank syari’ah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda yang dilaksanakan di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kota Jambi menggunakan bentuk studi lapangan (Field Study). Intrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu keputusan nasabah untuk menabung memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produk, pelayanan dan promosi secara simultan. kemudian mengenai bagaimana pengaruh produk, pelayanan dan promosi secara simultan terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk menabung di BMI. Bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat nasabah untuk menabung diantaranya pengetahuan nasabah mengenai produk yang ada di bank muamalat itu sendiri dan dengan harga dan place promotion. Tidak hanya itu kinerja marketing atas mekanisme kerja marketing dalam mempromosikan produk funding kepada nasabah dengan mempelajari profil nasabah sebelum membuat rekening di BMI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas model rancangan Kemmis dan Taggart dengan menggunakan 3 siklus dan masing-masing siklus menggunakan empat langkah yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta untuk mendapatkan persentase menggunakan skala likert.
